[23通信] 请教300VHF 通信系统噪音根源

噪音可能是由于天线和飞机蒙皮之间长期腐蚀,导致接触电阻过大,从而造成VHF噪音过大。同时也可检查一下馈线外层是否接地良好。老旧飞机线路上的问题较多。

以下内容摘自737NG-FTD-23-00013:Water Pooling at VHF-1 Antenna Causing Static Noise
之前我遇到过一次VHF通讯时有背景噪音,拆了天线清洁之后机组没再反应VHF通讯的背景噪音
Description  
Boeing received reports from three operators of VHF-1 being unusable due to high levels of static noise on all frequencies. In one of these reports, the operator advised they removed the VHF-1 antenna and found water pooling around it on the inside of the airplane. The antenna and the area around it were cleaned and dried and the antenna was reinstalled. Upon completion of these actions VHF-1 operation returned to normal.
Status  
Boeing recommends that operators, who experience static noise on the VHF-1 radio, inspect the antenna installation for evidence of water or moisture. If water or moisture is found, the antenna should be removed and the antenna and surrounding area should be cleaned and dried prior to reinstalling the antenna.
Interim Action  
Any operators experiencing this condition are encouraged to report this information to their local Boeing representative.
Final Action  
Boeing's discussions of this issue fall into the category of cause and effect. The effect of water in the bilge may be "antenna problems", however the cause is water in the bilge. Removal of the water should correct the reported communication problems. Operators are advised to ensure that the bilge drains and rib drain holes remain clear of clogging and work properly in accordance with the AMM procedures. Boeing realizes that water in the airplane will always be there but the need to ensure adequate removal is the key to this issue.

The release of the alert service bulletin 737-23A1170 Rev 2, reconnects the VHF-1 antenna to the top of the fuselage. This reconnection does not address the water problem but does ensure that primary communications through the VHF-1 antenna are not effected by this situation. The issue now becomes "water puddling at VHF-2 antenna", however, as stated above, the issue is not the antenna but removal of water in the area. We consider this issue closed.
