【职位描述及要求】
Position 1: QUALITY MANAGER 质量经理
工作职责：
建立公司质量系统； 对公司的质量手册进行修订以及监督执行； 协调国内外适航监管部门进行取证和符合性审查；对维修记录进行适航性检查；对公司的维修工作进行审查和监督，保证使用的测试设备、工量具、零备件和资料的合格性、有效性与符合性；负责进行必要的内部审计并向公司总经理报告。
Responsibilities:
Set up the Quality system of Maintenance Centre. In charge of MOE revision and implementation. Rely with all related parties and especially local Airworthiness Authorities for company certification. Supervise the quality of maintenance action. Ensure the conformity of test bench, tools, spare and technical documents. Conduct all necessary audits and report to the Accountable Manager (GM China).
资格要求：
1． 5 年以上的航空修理企业质量管理经验，具有根据145 部建立质量体系的经验
2． 熟悉CAAC, EASA, FAA 法规
3． 具有航空公司经历或工程背景为佳
4． 具有较好的与CAAC 沟通和交流的经验
5． 持有CCAR-66 部执照
6． 中英文流利
7． 熟悉办公软件使用
8． 可接受不定时的国内或国外出差
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience in Quality management within an Aviation MRO related Organization. Has experience in setting up a QA system for an Aviation related organization (Part 145 would be ideal).
2. Familiar with CAAC, EASA, FAA regulation.
3. Has an Airline experience or Internal Auditing with additional engineering background would be a serious advantage
4. Has past experience in dealing with CAAC in PRC is a prerequisite.
5. Possession of civil maintenance personnel licence.
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English
7. Be familiar with MS Office and other related Microsoft software for data analysis.
8. Some travelling throughout China or abroad might be required
Position 2: FINANCE SUPERVISOR 财务主管
工作职责：
负责建立和完善公司的财务管理体系，要求从具体工作，细节工作亲自做起；编制中英文季度，年度公司财务报表；监控并及时汇报公司的经营状况、财务收支及计划的具体情况，并向管理层提出支持性的建议。
Responsibilities:
Set up finance system, in charge of company finance operation. Work out financial report quarterly and
annually. Oversee company financial status, cash flow and reservation, report to management on financial
suggestion.
资格要求：
1． 正规全日制会计、财务、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历，中级以上会计职称
2． 熟悉国家和国际财务、会计、税务相关的法规和准则
3． 至少五年以上正规企业财务工作经验, 具有财务管理经验者优先
4． 有外企和航空维修类企业工作经验者优先
5． 熟练操作计算机办公软件，具有良好的人际沟通能力
6． 中英文流利
7． 独立工作能力强，能够承受工作压力
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above majoring in accounting, finance and related, intermediate professional level
2. Familiar with standard and practice of local and international finance, accounting and tax related.
3. At least 5 years working experience on finance, accounting. Having experience of finance management will be advantage.
4. Working experience in foreign company or aviation maintenance company will be absolutely advantage.
5. Familiar with office software, having excellent ability on communication.
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English
7. Able work independently and under pressure
Position 3: FOREMAN AND TECHNICIAN 领班和技术员
资格要求：
1． 两年以上部件修理经验，领班要求四年以上修理经验。
2． 良好的英语水平，能够熟练阅读和理解CMM 手册
3． 持有CCAR-66 部的部件基础执照
4． 有应急设备修理，瓶体修理，燃油附件修理，客舱设备修理，电气附件修理经验者优先
5． 经验丰富者可不受以上条件限制
Requirements:
1. At least two years component maintenance experience, four years experience for foreman.
2. Good knowledge of English can read and follow CMM and other technical publication.
3. Possess CCAR-66 component maintenance license.
4. Advantages by maintenance experience on emergency equipment, bottle maintenance, fuel components, cabin equipment, and electrical component.
5. Person with really good background and experience can bypass above restrictions.
Position 4: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR 库房主管
资格要求：
1． 至少四年航材管理经验
2． 熟悉CAAC/EASA/FAA 适航标签要求
3． 中英文流利，沟通和协调能力强
4． 持有CCAR-66 部执照者优先
5． 熟悉ERP 系统者优先
6． 能够接受不定时的加班工作
Requirements:
1. At least four years experience on aviation material management
2. Good Knowledge of CAAC/EASA/FAA regulation on airworthiness release tag
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English, good ability at coordination and communication.
4. Possess CCAR-66 license will be advantage.
5. Familiar with ERP system will be advantage.
6. Accept overtime or shift work. |
