Connect the doors; coat the threads of each stud with molybdenum disulfide to make it easier to screw on the nuts. First screw all the nuts by hand then torque them to the recommended value with a torque them to the recommended value with a torque wrench.怎么翻译？

供参考
通过将油箱平铺到各个角落，及接座弯管位置等，完成油箱在隔舱内的放置。
将固定绳索到结构环上并安装自锁绷带。
一旦安装完成，油箱不能有下面所示的任何褶皱。
连接门；为了易于安装螺母，在每个螺栓的螺纹上涂刷一层二硫化钼（干性润滑剂）。
先用手拧紧所有的螺母然后使用扭力扳手将其磅紧到推荐的磅矩。
