机器翻译有变更-找到恢复链接微软翻译器的方法了！！

最近发现机器翻译服务器有变更，原来的微软和谷歌的都要收费了，除了一个worllingo,但是翻译下过不如意。
我们正在设法获得原来微软和谷歌的可共享注册键。敬请等待！

Getting a Bing AppID

1. If you don’t already have one, you’ll need a Windows Live ID. You can get one by visiting https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx and signing up.
2. To get your Bing App ID, visit http://www.bing.com/developers/appids.aspx, and sign in with your Windows Live ID.
3. Click the “Get started by applying for an AppId now” link
4. Complete the “create a new AppId” form, accept the terms of agreement, and submit the form by clicking “agree”
5. Your new AppId will be generated and will appear with the Application Name and AppId. It’ll be a long hexadecimal string. You can disable, enable, and delete IDs that appear here.
6. Bing will store these ID’s for you, so it’s a good idea to bookmark the page, so that you’ll know where to go back to get them.
然后将按照上面获得的AppID填写在机器翻译设置页面有关微软机器翻译的API Key框内，保存，就可以正常使用微软翻译了。

重新确认过，第三步和第四步略有变化，已经在楼上注明。
可以获得16位进制的ID，共40个字母
