最近经常有人发现有些737NG飞机上的抖杆器跳开关上多了一个浅黄色的卡子：

这其实是737NG的一个SB：737-27-1322

因为这个SB机队正在执行过程中，所以部分飞机完成了，还有部分飞机没有完成。

所以特别是机组，经常会问多出来的这个卡子是干啥用的？这个卡子其实起不到卡住跳开关的作用，只是起到颜色标识作用，方便快速定位跳开关。

安装这个象牙黄色帽的目的是帮助机组快速找到到抖杆器跳开关，并且减少拨出错误跳开关的风险。

当然当前，对于国内航空公司来说，无论是在737NG/737MAX上，QRH都没有增加机组拨出抖杆器跳开关的步骤，所以目前这个其实是没有用的。

参考MOM-MOM-20-0849-01B(R1)，只有在TCCA 和 EASA监管下的营运人，才会在737NG/737MAX QRH的空速不可靠不正常检查单中提供拨出抖杆器跳开关的步骤。

这个是因为拨出抖杆器跳开关是 TCCA 和 EASA要求的，FAA并没有要求。

Q2. Will my QRH have the step to pull the stick shaker circuit breaker (C/B) part of the Airspeed Unreliable procedure?

A2. The C/B pull procedure will be provided only to operators who are regulated by TCCA and EASA.

In determining which version (EASA, TCCA or FAA) of the FCOM Bulletin to provide, we reviewed current applicable Airplane Flight Manuals (AFMs). Boeing understands that the current national registry and applicable procedures may differ from the procedures listed in AFM of record. If an operator's regulatory authority requires the FCOM/QRH to provide a step to pull the stick shaker circuit breaker (C/B) as part of the Airspeed Unreliable Non-Normal Checklist (NNC), and the AFM of record for one or more airplanes in the operator's fleet does not provide for this procedure, the operator can request a revision to the FCOM Bulletin or FCOM/QRH NNC, to align with the operator's country of registry requirements.
