The servicing charts for the MLG and NLG contain an air curve tolerance based on a +/- 5% pressure servicing tolerance from the nominal air curve.  Hence, the bandwidth at a higher pressure will be wider than the bandwidth at a lower pressure. This also helps to cover effects of temperature on the air curve without making the servicing chart overly complicated because the charts are based on the ideal gas law equations accounting for change in gas volume versus stroke and shock strut cylinder expansion as the pressure increases.

Boeing recommends inflating the shock struts to the upper limit of the servicing chart tolerance band when traveling from a warm weather environment to a cold weather environment. Therefore, when the airplane approaches the cold region, the shock strut nitrogen gas pressure will decline, resulting in the landing gear being within the servicing band decal when landing.  This recommendation is applicable to the NLG and MLG as outlined by your AMM 12-33-02, 'Extreme Cold Weather Maintenance', see 777 AMM Task 12-33-02-210-003 paragraph (G).11.b.(1).(b).

Please be aware that the additional 1 inch increment should only be done to airplanes that are operating in hot regions airports and have a final destination at a cold region airport. However It is not recommended to operate landing gears 1 inch over inflated for standard operational usage, such as:
A. Depart a cold region airport and arrive at a cold region airport.
B. Depart a hot region airport and arrive at a hot region airport.

The landing gear shock struts are recommended to always be within the servicing band tolerance decal, regardless of what cold/hot region they are operating under.  Special attention to the landing gear shock strut servicing band is only required when the airplane is departing a hot region airport and arriving in a cold region airport, OR departing a cold region airport and arriving in a hot region airport.

没时间总体翻译了,大概说把,有曲线(所需要的高度)±5%作为上下限值,波音建议你充到上限值,以免从高温到低温的地方内筒会下降(低温时氮气压力会有所下降)(个人经验:因为在充气开始内筒升高为大概的内筒内氮气压力值,根据这值找对应高度)。到家再慢慢翻译下半部分需要用点时间看一下
