空客飞机很多管路的紧固,AMM的拆装手册中并未给出明确的力矩值范围,只是简单的要求Tighten即可。其实飞机上所有需要紧固的部件(包括管路和螺钉),都是有力矩要求的,在ATA20章有详细的描述。通常管路的力矩由管路以及接头的材料、管路的外径所决定。像737的管路的壁厚、外径、材料,这些信息我们都可以轻松的在IPC中找到。但是对于空客飞机,这些信息的查找就并不是像737那么简单了,我简单的总结了一下:
以件号为:D2917003504000的管子为例,管子所连接的UNION件号为:NSA855111C6
*A Methodology to know the torquevalue to apply on an union can be the following :*If it is an equipment (orunion fitted on an equipment), you shall have to check if there is an AMMprocedure specific to this equipment : in this case, torque values areindicated in AMM, in Removal/installation procedure.
Else :
1. Identification of the function of the union(e.g.: pipe, plug-in union, flexible hose, plug, cap, specific equipmentetc...).
2. Check material of all parts : material ofreference is the "softest" one(soft<aluminium<steel<titanium<hard).To find the correct torque value, youmust know the material and the dimension of the parts you assemble. If the connection has different materials,you must use the torque value for the weakest material.
3. Check union diameter : this is givengenerally through a "dash" on the part number.
4. Check the type of connection (e.g.: tube, MSunion, plug-in union etc...)
Then, take the appropriate tablein AMM 20-21-12.
