波音飞机便携式ELT更换注意事项

波音飞机便携式ELT更换注意事项

因AMM手册或备忘录等均无关于便携式ELT更换后如何重新写码的详细步骤，在有针对性的MEMO下发之前，基本按照史祖铭所发邮件操作，并可参考厂家手册。操作过程中如有问题请直接联系电子工程师。

以B5078为例：

更换B-5078飞机上的便携式ELT（件号：S1823502-03，序号：2620006-0050）后，需要重新写码。

工作步骤：

1、领用件号：S1820514-02的maintennance dongle（在机库3楼工具间）。

2、将ELT置于OFF位，装上maintennance dongle。将ELT电门至于ARM位，自检结束后除码成功。

3、将ELT置于OFF位，拆下maintennance dongle，装上B-5078原ELT安装支架内的programming dongle（件号：S1820514-01，序号：2617525-0094）。

4、将ELT电门置于ARM位，自检结束后，写码成功。

5、将ELT电门置于OFF位，拆下programming dongle。

6、参考工卡B737-25-615和M000-00-0918，完成相关测试。更换ELT后仅需完成5秒的BITE测试，不需申请测试时间。

注意：1、BITE测试之前，必须安装辅助天线或者50欧姆的负载。

2、测试结束后应将电门放在“ARM”位。

3、ELT安装支架内的programming dongle（件号：S1820514-01），带有该架飞机识别信息的标签，一定要随新ELT留在飞机上。

测试所需设备COSPAS-SARSAT解码器PN：BT100机库1楼工具间有。

摘录工卡B737-25-615中的测试步骤如下：

警告：在自测程序后不要让测试持续时间超过5秒。如果ELT操作了大约50秒，会发射一个406MHz信号，而且会被卫星系统处理。
WARNING: Do not allow test duration to exceed 5 seconds after the end of the self test sequence. If the ELT operates for approximately 50 seconds, a 406 MHz signal is transmitted and is considered valid by the satellite system.

(1) 连接辅助天线到ELT的天线插头上。
Connect the auxiliary antenna to the antenna connector of the ELT.

(2) 406 MHz发射测试
406 MHz transmission test

注意：本测试必须要用COSPAS-SARSAT解码器来完成
NOTE: This test must be carried out with a COSPAS-SARSAT decoder.

(a) 将COSPAS-SARSAT解码器设置为接收状态。
   Set the COSPAS-SARSAT decoder to receiving status.

(b) 执行自测。
Perform a self-test.

1) 设置信标电门到ARM位，蜂鸣器会响。
Set the beacon switch to ARM, the buzzer will operate.

   2) 大约3秒钟以后，前面板上的红色LED灯会显示自测结果：
After approximately 3 seconds, the red LED on the front panel shows the result of the self-test:

a) 长时间的闪亮表示信标操作正常。
A long flash indicates that the beacon is operating correctly;

b) 短时间的闪烁表示故障。
Short flashes indicates an operating failure

(c) 检查COSPAS-SARSAT译码器，除了第5位和第6位的字符，译码信息同程序信息一致。(译码信息参见工卡后面的附表2)
Check with the COSPAS-SARSAT decoder that, except for the 5th and the 6th digits, the decoded message is identical to the programmed message.

注意:  自测时译码器显示的信息是从FF FE D0开始，而ELT的程序信息是从FF FE 2F开始，参见附表2.
NOTE: The message transmitted during self-test sequence always begins with FF FE D0 whereas a programmed message begins with FF FE 2F.

例如：ELT的程序信息示例：

(d) 将电门放回“OFF”位。
Then set the Switch to “OFF”.
