更换那些部件需要调节反推系统?
反推系统的调节到底有那些重要的细节?
一:检查并调试反推锁扣锁紧力矩值及缓冲器
注意:使用0-100 lbf力矩扳手测量反推锁扣锁紧力矩值,要求在45-55bf
注意:开关锁扣顺序
开: the middle bifurcation latch (LATCH No.3) →the forward bifurcation latch (LATCH No.2) →the translating sleeve double latch →the aft bifurcation latch (LATCH No.4) →the V-groove latch (LATCH No.1)
关: LATCH No.1 →LATCH No.4 →the thrust reverser translating sleeve double latches →LATCH No.2→ LATCH No.3 .......................................................................................................
CAUTION:ALWAYS CLOSE THE LATCHES IN THE ORDER DESCRIBED IN THIS STEP. ALWAYS OPEN THE LATCHES IN THE EXACT REVERSER ORDER. DAMAGE CAN OCCUR TO THE THRUST REVERSER IF THIS SEQUENCE IS NOT FOLLOWED EACH TIME THE THRUST REVERSER IS OPENED OR CLOSED.
注意:一直按照上述顺序关闭锁扣,一直按照上述逆序打开锁扣.如果没有按照上述要求,可能会损坏反推
CAUTION:DO NOT ENGAGE THE TRANSLATING SLEEVE DOUBLE LATCHES (TSDL) FIRST. DAMAGE TO THE TRANSLATING SLEEVE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE MAY OCCUR IF THE TSDL IS ENGAGED FIRST.
注意:不要最先触动反推双锁扣,否则有可能损伤反推复合结构

注意:正确的固定好压缩撑杆后在撑杆的两端安装1.5MM直径的焊容丝,开关C涵道后测量焊容丝的厚度,数值必须在0.13 and 0.76 mm.调节压缩撑杆长度以达到厚度要求 .......................................................................................................
二:调节反推及作动筒
测量上部作动筒锁紧螺母和接头平台之间的距离A
测量反推前缘与风扇包皮后缘之间缝隙,必要时调节作动筒
LVDT unit in the non-locking ( upper ) actuator is self-adjusting. If the LVDT adjustment is changed, it will self adjust at the next full cycle of thrust reverser deploy and stow translation.

三:调节作动筒支撑
找到作动筒末端平台与夹紧拖架之间的最大和最小距离,依据表格选择合适的衬垫 .......................................................................................................
四:调节接近传感器
If the distance between the face of the proximity switch and the target is larger than 0.079 in. (2.0 mm), replace the spacer with a new one and grind material from the spacer to get the correct distance.
If the distance between the face of the proximity switch and the target is smaller than 0.059 in. (1.5 mm), grind material from the spacer to get the correct distance.
标准间隔1.5-2.0mm

五:收放反推系统10个循环 建议:更换过反推系统部件时,例如更换反推,作动筒,C涵道,COVER等,要求检查反推失效锁销能否正常插入锁孔! |
