通告内容CONTENT
据可靠性统计,因短停更换机轮而延误航班的事件时有发生,故此制定东航的航线维护 轮胎的正常磨损标准、轮胎损伤更换和维护准则,以及对相关事项解释说明,以减少航班延 误。According to the reliability statistics, for TRANSIT replacement wheel delayed flights on the incidents, therefore make CES line maintenance of tires to normal wear standard, tire replacement and maintenance standards for damage, as well as to the related matters explanation, in order to reduce delays. 1、机轮轮胎的正常磨损更换标准The tire to normal wear on replacing the standard 1.1、飞后,STAYOVER 在飞机本站或维护基地,装机轮胎上任一处沟糟磨平,必须更换。 At the main base (or maintenance base), the tire shall be removed from aircraft if: The tread wear level reaches the bottom of any groove at any point of the tread surface. 1.2、短仃(本站、或基地、或过夜站、或外站),TRANSIT(the main base, or the maintenance base, or the night stand, or the outstation) |
1.2.1装机轮胎上任一处正常磨损见第一层加强层(下述1.3、项的胎除外)或防护层,即在胎 侧标注有“F1”,但未磨透第一层线,允许再飞不超过三次起落。
The first reinforced ply (bias tire)(The following item 1.3, except tire)or the protector ply (radial tire) is exposed at any point of the tread surface that is in the side of the tire label the "F1", but not grinding through the first ply line, allowed to fly no more than three landings. 注:如飞机在本站、或基地短仃,并有相应型号的机轮和足够的时间(短仃时间超过1.5小 时)则应按上述1.1、项要求更换机轮。
NOTE: As the aircraft in this main base, or maintenance base for TRANSIT, and the corresponding types of wheel and enough time (TRANSIT time more than 1.5 hours) should be 1.1, according to the above request a change wheel.
1.2.2、在胎侧标注有“F2”,即表示有二层的加强层(Reinforcing ply (bias tire)),短 仃(本站、或过夜站、或外站),轮胎上任一处正常磨损见第二层线,但未磨透第二层线,允 许再飞不超过三次起落更换。In the side of the tire label the "F2", that said, there are two reinforcing
ply, TRANSIT(the main base, or the maintenance base, or the night stand, or the outstation), Tires in a normal wear office saw the second ply, but not through the second ply line, allowed to fly no more than three landings.
1.3、在正常情况下严禁将上述“F1”轮胎使用至见第二层线,“F2”轮胎使用至见第三层 线,此有可能危及飞行安全和导致轮胎报废。
In normal circumstances it is strictly prohibited to put the above "F1" tires used to see the second ply line, "F2" tires used to see the third ply line, this could endanger flight safety and lead to scrap tire.
2、胎面损伤 ---更换准则:
Tread damage --- Replacement standards
--- 航线如发现轮胎损伤,空客飞机按SIL 32-121或相应的AMM,其它机型按相关AMM, 发现以下轮胎缺陷或损伤,要求在下次飞行前更换。
--- Airlines such as the discovery of tire damage, Airbus aircraft according to SIL 32-121 or corresponding AMM. Other aircraft models should be according to the related AMM. Find the following tire defects or damage, the requirements in the replacement before next flight.
2.1、胎侧割伤或开裂 Cuts or cracks on the sidewall
——如胎侧露出帘线或帘线损伤,应从飞机上拆下轮胎。胎侧橡胶的割伤或开裂未达 到帘线,不会影响轮胎性能,轮胎可继续使用(参见图4);
------ The tire shall be removed from the aircraft if sidewall cords are exposed or damaged. Cuts or cracks in the rubber that do not reach the cord plies are not detrimental to tire performance. The tire can remain in
service. (see figure 4).
2.2、鼓包 Blisters and bulges
---- 应立刻从飞机上拆下此胎(参见图5);
---- The tire shall be removed from the aircraft immediately. (See figure 5).
2.3、沟槽开裂 Groove cracking
—— 如是以下情况应从飞机上拆下此胎:(参见图6)
- 沟槽开裂露出加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎);
---- The tire shall be removed from the aircraft if: (see figure 6)
- The groove cracking exposes the reinforcing ply (bias tire) or the protector ply (radial tire).

2.4、胎面割伤和扎伤 Tread cuts and puncture
—— 按以下要求判断是否可继续使用
---- According to the following requirements judge whether can continue to use.
2.4.1、在飞后(包括上述1.2、注1项)STAYOVER (including the above 1.2, note 1 item)
轮胎胎面割伤和扎伤限制 —— 穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎)(检查方 法参见图12)
Cut and Puncture Limits --- Penetrates the tire of Reinforcing ply (bias tire)
or Protector ply (radial tire)(Check method see figure 12).
★ :如扎伤和割伤穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎)——更换机轮。 If Cut and Puncture penetrates the tire of reinforcing ply (bias
tire) or protector ply (radial tire) --- Replacement tire. 注:如目视无法确认扎伤是否穿透胎的防护或加强层,可参考图13的方法判断,或使用洗洁 精+水,以1比10的比例调制的肥皂液喷洒损伤处来探测检查机轮,若有少量气体渗出则表明 已伤及加强层或防护层线下部帘线。
Note:Such as visual cannot confirm whether Cut and Puncture penetrates the tire of reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire), may refer to the figure 13 judgment method, or use detergent and water, with 1:10 proportion of modulation soap is spraying damage detection in check tire, if there is a small gas leak indicates that has damage to reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire) below the ply.

2.4.2、在其它航段,胎面割伤和扎伤深度限制
In the other flight course, tread Cut and Puncture Depth limit (CL)
★ :如扎伤和割伤穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎),但损伤未达到以下 的深度、长度、宽度的限制尺寸可使用至最近一个飞后更换。
If Cut and Puncturepenetrates the tire of reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire), but damage is not up to the following depth, length, and width of the size can be used to recently a STAYOVER replacement. 注意:割伤和扎伤深度限制(CL)自胎面的沟糟底部起测量(参见图7)。

2.4.2.1、AIRBUS或BOEING飞机轮胎胎面损伤长度及宽度等限制(参见图8)
AIRBUS or BOEING aircraft tread damage length and width to the limit (see figure
8) 在其它航段,如有以下情况需从飞机上拆下轮胎:割伤和扎伤穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或 防护层(子午线胎)或其外露:
●割伤和扎伤长度大于50毫米(2英寸)或;
●割伤和扎伤宽度大于3毫米(0.118英寸)或;
●横向割伤和扎伤不在一个肋内;
●圆周向割伤和扎伤在一个肋内,但沿径向距离超过13毫米 (0.5英寸)
In the other flight course, the tire shall be removed from the aircraft if: Cut or Puncture or embedded object exposes or penetrates the reinforcing ply (bias tire) or the protector ply (radial tire):
o Cut and puncture length is greater than 50 mm (2 in) or
o Cut and puncture width is greater than 3 mm (0.118 in) or
o TRANSVERSE Cut and puncture is not contained within one rib.
o TRANSVERSE Cut and puncture is contained within one rib but the ends of the cut are more than 13 mm (0.5 in) apart when measured in the radial direction.
2.4.2.2、AIRBUS或BOEING飞机轮胎胎面损伤长度及宽度等限制(参见图8)
AIRBUS or BOEING aircraft tread damage length and width to the limit (see figure
8) 在其它航段,如有以下情况需从飞机上拆下轮胎:割伤和扎伤未穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎) 或防护层(子午线胎)或其未外露:
●割伤和扎伤长度大于300毫米(12英寸)或;
●割伤和扎伤宽度大于3毫米(0.118英寸)或;
●横向割伤和扎伤不在一个肋内;
●圆周向割伤和扎伤在一个肋内,但沿径向距离超过13毫米 (0.5英寸)
In the other flight course, the tire shall be removed from the aircraft if: Cut or Puncture or embedded object not exposes or does not penetrates the reinforcing ply (bias tire) or the protector ply (radial tire):
o Cut and puncture length is greater than 300 mm (12 in) or o Cut and puncture width is greater than 3 mm (0.118 in) or
o TRANSVERSE Cut and puncture is not contained within one rib.
o TRANSVERSE Cut and puncture is contained within one rib but the ends of the cut are more than 13 mm (0.5 in) apart when measured in the radial direction.
2.4.2.3、GoodYear胎面割伤标准,参照相关的AMM执行。
GoodYear the tread cut and puncture standard by referring to the relevant AMM
execution.
2.5、肋根部脱离(参见图9) Rib undercutting (see figure 9) 肋根部离层,如见胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎),应从飞机上拆下胎;
Rib undercutting the tire shall be removed from the aircraft if see the tire of reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire).
2.6、轮胎被油污染 Tires contamination (hydraulic fluid, fuel, …) 在进行飞机维修时应做好必要的防护,当发现轮胎被污染应参照相关的AMM及时处理。当轮 胎污染检查橡胶状况,立即使用工业酒精去除污染然后使用肥皂液和水清洗。轮胎被污染超 过12小时(参见图10),机轮需从飞机上拆下;
In aircraft maintenance should be done when necessary protection, when found tires were contamination should be by referring to the relevant AMM processing. Check for rubber condition. The tire has to be cleaned quickly with denatured alcohol to remove the contaminant then washed with a soap and water solution. Tires were contamination more than 12 hours (see figure 11), the wheel assembly shall be removed from aircraft.
2.7、胎面剥落面积超1平方英寸(参见图11)
——必须从飞机上拆下该轮胎;
Tread chipping and chunking with an area of more than 1 square inches.
—— A tire having this defect must be removed from the aircraft.
2.8、若机轮损伤已至气压异常,则应查明原因并按相关AMM处置。
If the tires damage already to pressure on abnormal,and should be the cause and find out according to related AMM disposal.
2.9、如航空器轮胎在使用过程中发生的轮胎脱皮、脱层、爆胎事件,或因轮胎故障造成的 航空器部件/结构严重受损、液体(液压油、燃油、滑油)严重泄漏等情况,应按公司相应 管理程序,进行应急处置(参见EB-2007-MULT-32-001的2、维护规定)。Such as aircraft tire in use process happens off tread, thrown tread , shock
bursts tire events, or because of faulty tires of aircraft components/structure caused serious damage, and liquid (hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) serious leakage and so on, should be according to the corresponding management program the emergency response (see EB-2007-MULT-32-001 2, maintenance regulations). 警告:当轮胎有严重损伤时,应尽可能在轮胎冷却后,并且避免正面接近轮胎,检查测量、 记录胎压。
Warning: when tires serious damage should as far as possible in the tire cools, and avoid positive close to the tires to check the measuring and record tire pressure.
3、机轮气压检查Tire pressure check
-- 机轮气压检查除遵守相关AMM的要求外还应注意以下事项。
Tire pressure check in addition to complying with the requirements of the relevant AMM outside also should notice the following matters.
3.1、温度每变化3℃,胎压变化1%,热胎,当发现个别机轮气压异常时,应查明故障原因, 如需调整气压应在冷却3小时上后进行。
Every 3 ℃ temperature changes, tire pressure change 1%. Hot tire, when found in abnormal pressure on individual should find out the cause of the problem, if
need to adjust air pressure should be in 3 hours after cooling on.
3.2、对有轮压传感器(TPIS)的飞机,当怀疑TPIS故障,或需要调低胎压时,应使用手持 压力表(测量精度不低于1,全量程300PSI)检查确认。
To install Tire Pressure Indicating System(TPIS) aircraft, when doubt TPIS faults, or need to adjust lower the tire pressure, should use a hand-held pressure gauge (measurement precision is not less than 1, full range 300 PSI) check.
3.3、对无TPIS的飞机,当怀疑手持的压力表有异常,或需要调低胎压时,应使用另一手持 压力表检查确认。
No TPIS of aircraft, when suspected of holding have unusual pressure gauge, or need to lower tire pressure should be using a handheld pressure gauge check.
4、建议资料中心尽可能将本EB,AIRBUS飞机插入AMM 32-40-00,Boeing飞机插 入AMM32-45-00,CRJ200飞机分别插入AMM 32-41-01和AMM 32-42-01,EMB飞机分别插 入AMM32-49-01和AMM 32-49-04。
