“状态报告”进度控制法在空客A320 工程中的应用

[ 摘要] 通过吸收、借鉴国外工程技术人员计划管理的方式与经验, 结合国内横道图和网络图的方法与优势, 提出“状态报告C”进度控制法, 应用于空中客车A320 系列飞机中国总装线工程中。与国外常用的状态报告进度管理形式相比, “状态报告C”进度控制法增加了月进度计划横道图及上周施工工程量完成情况和预警电子图表。状态报告最好的适用对象是大型多单体的共建项目, 尤其对于质量要求高、施工标准高、工期精度高的项目。

Progress Controlling Method Application of “Status Report” in A320 Airbus Engineering

Abstract: Combining with domest ic methods and their strengths of bar chart and network chart, and through absorbing foreign plan management experiences as reference, the progress controll ing method of “status report C” is put forward, which is used in A320 airbus engineering. Compared with foreign common progress management form of st atus report , the progress controlling method of “status report C” adds bar chart of monthly progress plan and el ectronic graph f or completion situat ion of construct ion quantity last week and early warning. It is also pointed out that the status report is more suitable for jointly construction with multi monomer, especially for the project with high quality requirement , construction standards,and period precision.
