1、备用液压系统包括备用液压系统和动力转换组件系统(PTU)。
PTU是前缘襟翼和缝翼以及自动缝翼系统的液压备用来源。
二、系统供压The hydraulicsystems use BMS 3-11 TYPE IV erosion arresting(引人注意的客观的), fireresistant hydraulic fluid.
Hydraulic system A supplies pressure to these airplane systems: * Power transfer unit motor * Left thrust reverser * Landing gear extension and retraction * Nose wheel steering * Alternate brakes * Aileron * Autopilot A * Elevators * Elevator feel * Flight spoilers 2, 4, 9, and 11 * Ground spoilers 1, 6, 7, and 12
* Rudder.Hydraulic system B supplies pressure to these airplane systems: * Right thrust reverser * Alternate landing gearretraction * Alternate nose wheelsteering * Normal brakes * Aileron * Autopilot B * Elevators * Elevator feel * Flight spoilers 3, 5,8, and 10 * Rudder * Trailing edge flaps * Leading edge flaps andslats. The standby hydraulic system supplies alternativehydraulic pressure to these airplane systems: * Both thrust reversers * Standby rudder * Leading edge flaps andslats.
如图:方向舵由液压A、B系统供压,备用方向舵由备用液压系统供压;
副翼、升降舵及其载荷感觉器由A、B系统同时供压;
左反推由A、备用供压;右反推由B、备用供压;
飞行扰流板2,4,9,11由A供压;3,5,8,10由B供压;增加安全系数;
地面扰流板1,6,7,12由A系统供压;
后缘襟翼由B系统供压;
前缘襟翼、缝翼及其自动缝翼由B、备用供压,另有PTU作备用液压源;
PTU主件由一同轴的液压马达和液压泵组成,在龙骨梁上,如下:The PTU system is ahydraulic motor-pump assembly that supplies alternative pressure to leadingedge flaps and slats and autoslat system if system B is de-pressurized. The PTUis controlled by the PTU control valve. The PTU system operatesautomatically when these conditions occur: * Airplane in theair(地面PTU不工作) * Trailing edge flapposition between up and 15 * System B EDP lowpressure. System A pressurizesthe motor when the PTU control valve is open. System B supplies the fluid tothe pump.
如图,当B系统低压时,EDP自动缝翼系统压力电门给PTU控制活门电信号并打开,A系统向PTU液压马达供压转动并带动液压泵,抽取B油箱液压油供给前缘襟翼和缝翼及自动缝翼系统。
前轮转弯由A系统供压,备用前轮转弯B供压;
正常刹车由B系统供压,备用刹车A供压;
起落架收放由A系统供压,备用起落架收放由B供压;
自动驾驶A系统由A系统供压,B由B系统供压;
