后货舱flexdown support system安装说明

由于AMM 25-51-08中对后货舱滑毯系统的flexdown support system提供的安装步骤定位不明确，这可能导
致在安装的时候位置不正确。根据CMM 25-53-03 中提供的信息，后货舱flexdown support system的安装定位应为
如下步骤。请在维护货舱滑毯系统时按照AMM 25-51-08和本通告中的步骤安装flexdown support system。
工作步骤：
Refer to figure 1307 and 1308.
参考图1307 和1308
1. Connect the flexdown front (1) and the flexdown back (2, 3) to the flexdown joint (4) with screws (5).
使用螺钉（5）将前向flexdown（1）和后向flexdown（2，3）固定到flexdown 接头（4）上。
2. Position the flexdown feet centered to the tie-down fittings, with the exception of the front flexdown
feet. Mark the contact surfaces on the A/C floor.
除最前端的flexdown 底座外，确保其余的底座都对正系留接头的中心。在飞机地板上标记贴合面位
置。
NOTE: For installation of spare part flexdowns it is necessary to match drill installation screw holes, dia.
0.218 to 0.229 inches (5.5-5.8 mm), on STA 727D, 727F, 727H, 747, 787.
说明：为了安装备用flexdown 部件，需要在站位STA727D, 727F，727H，747，787 处钻螺钉安装
孔，安装孔直径为0.218-0.229inch（5.5-5.8mm）。
3. Clean the floor at the contact surface positions with MEK or an equivalent solvent.
使用MEK 或其它等效溶剂清洁地板上的贴合面区域。
4. Remove the protecting paper on the double adhesive tape located on all the flexdown feet (old
version), or the rear flexdown feet (new version).
去除所有flexdown 底座（旧型），或仅后部flexdown 底座（新型）上双面胶带的保护纸。

5. Position the flexdowns (1, 2, 3) and locate the holes in the flexdown feet corresponding to the screw
holes in the tie-down track.
定位flexdown（1，2，3），确保flexdown 底座上的孔与系留滑轨上的螺钉孔对齐。
6. Install the flexdowns (1, 2, 3) using the double adhesive tape and the screws (6) (if applicable).
使用双面胶带和螺钉（6）（如适用）安装flexdown（1，2，3）。
7. Locate and position the flexdown locks (7, 8) and attach them with screws (9) at the tie-down screw
positions (RH side of the tie-down).
在系留螺钉位置（位于系留区右侧），定位flexdown 锁扣（7，8）并使用螺钉（9）进行安装。
