我们平时在飞机上检测部件是否漏气使用的渗漏液满足的规范标准为MIL-PRF-25567:
通常使用的是Sherlock Leak Detector,符合MIL-PRF-25567E规范。参考BOEING网站:
Sherlock Leak Detector is used for detecting leaks in pipe joints, tube connections, tanks or any system under gas or air pressure. It is very easy to use, simply wipe surface to be tested with a brush or dauber, squirt on with a squeeze bottle or spray with a trigger sprayer. Small leaks form white foam in 5 to 60 seconds. Large leaks form large bubbles almost instantly. Both Type 1 and 2 are neutral solutions that can be used in a pure oxygen environment, since they do not contain any oil, grease or other ingredients that might combine with oxygen to burn or cause an explosion. Meets MIL-PRF-25567E. Type I is for use from +35 degrees to +160 degrees Fahrenheit.Type II is for use from -65 degrees to +35 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sherlock Leak Detector测漏液有Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型,不同类型的使用温度是不一样的。
主要是因为Ⅰ型的冰点为32F(0℃)。
某些公司的航前工卡上面有与外界温度对应的渗漏液使用限制:
虽然AMM手册中在轮胎气压检查/充气工作中没有要求使用测漏剂,但是公司要求极寒天气下必须进行渗漏测试:
由于进入冬季气温逐步降低,因此在完成轮胎勤务工作(胎压测量、轮胎充气)后,若环境温度低于1℃,推荐使用MIL-PRF-25567E Type 2测漏剂,避免出现测漏液结冰导致气门芯慢漏风险。
平时工作中,如果没有MIL-PRF-25567E Type 2测漏剂,则应该在每次使用完测漏剂后,清除气门芯里面的测漏液,避免低温运行中出现结冰。因为即使地面温度高于1℃,但是飞机在空中时外界温度会很低,残留的测漏液也可能会结冰导致气门芯慢漏。
