为了规范737NG冬季放水工作,公司统一编制了737NG放水和加水工作单。
工作单编制是基于AMM 手册以及之前的北方冬季放水经验来的。
与我们之前放水最大的差别在于,工作单中明确要求拨出P91板饮用水箱增压泵和水量指示跳开关:
而我们之前通常是不拨P91板这两个跳开关的。

失效厕所水加温系统,拨出跳开关或将3个厕所水加温器上的开关放到OFF位:
这个好理解,水系统放空后,避免加热器干烧。
但是为什么要拨出饮用水量指示跳开关和压缩机跳开关呢?
参考之前厂家的回复:
The C00873 circuit breaker provides power to the Water Quantity Indication System. If the circuit breaker is not opened, there would be constant usage of the system components and constant indication of the system being empty, which would add more wear and tear to the system.
The C00138 circuit breaker provides power to the Potable Water System compressor in order to provide pressure to the water system. If the circuit breaker is not opened, the air compressor unit will have to run longer due to the nature of an empty water tank, and would also experience more wear and tear than usual than if the water tank was filled.
其实都是由于在水箱空的情况下,饮用水量指示系统和压缩机持续工作会增加系统的磨损。
The referenced circuit breakers should be opened if the water system is drained and not immediately refilled. This will prevent further wear on the system when there is power applied to the aircraft.
拨出跳开关是为了在饮用水箱排空后飞机通电时,防止系统出现额外的磨损。
咱们的工作单中是要求拨出跳开关并安装跳开关夹子:
AMM手册中其实是安装警告牌(safety tag):
737NG AMM手册中警告牌的英文是safety tag,而跳开关卡子的英文是safety lock。safety lock通常只会用于故障保留中。
当然,这个倒不是什么大问题。毕竟对于拨出跳开关来说,安装跳开关卡子比安装警告牌安全要求更高一些。
加水工作单中有复位跳开关的步骤,只要严格按工卡完成,也不会漏。
严格来说,不光是寒冷天气放水,天气暖和航后的放水和加水工作,跳开关也应该按这么来操作。寒冷天气放水的区别只是要憋气多放几次,把水放的更干净,防止系统部件冻坏。
