[1-19通用] Q&A：跳开关上L端和B端如何分辨?

手册里有很多符号，实物上并不一定有。

某737-800飞机，完成《检查并清洁起落架人工放接近门及电门》的工作：

维修人员检查C01432跳开关上并没有L标识，跳开关的两端接线桩上面标的是1和2：

这该怎么办呢？

此份指令工卡参考的手册为：

参考WDM/SSM 32-35-11：

可以明显看出L侧其实就直接连接到S1186电门的这一侧。

所以这里要分辨跳开关上哪一次侧是L侧，其实也很简单：

拨出跳开关C1432，测量1和2接线柱的直流电压，有28VDC的是B侧，没有电的是L侧。

实际中跳开关接线桩的标记：

• 单相电跳开关：1和2
  

• 三相电跳开关：A1/A2、B1/B2、C1/C2
  

跳开关壳体上一般也有相应的接线桩标识：

WDM线路图里跳开关上的标注：

=B：BUS端，汇流条端

=L：LOAD端，负载端

但是在实物上，跳开关上并不会有"=B" 或 "=L" 字符标识。通常情况下，BUS端对应的是接线桩1，也就是黑色的安装标记侧或跳开关安装时的上部；LOAD端对应的是接线桩2：

Per Boeing document D6-36911, wire termination connections for circuit breakers are assigned the numbers 1 and 2 for single-phase and A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 for three-phased breakers.  The terminals of the circuit breakers are not physically marked with "=B" or "=L". The "=B" and "=L" that are referenced in the Wire Diagram Manual correspond with the "BUS" and "LOAD" of the wire installation.  Usually, the "BUS" side of the circuit breaker corresponds with terminal 1 on the same side as the mounting index key or the top of the circuit breaker when installed.
