[33灯光] 这个灯不亮不需要处理：头等舱一个窗灯不亮的学问

容易搞乌龙的一个窗灯。

有架波音737-800飞机在外站短停，机务反映头等舱右侧窗灯不亮，按MEL办理保留。回基地后，工作者拆下灯罩发现右侧本来就没有装灯组件，于是把保留关了。但是某次在外站又遇到同样的问题，同样办理了MEL保留。

外站机务觉得右侧窗灯不亮是不正常的，因为左边对称位置的窗灯是亮的，左右不对称有背常理。而基地工作者看到的现象显然是这个灯已经禁用了。

这个位置没有安装灯组件到底是不是正常的呢？一时找不到资料，只能跟其他飞机对比，检查发现10架同样构型（非星空内饰）的飞机右侧都是没有安装灯组件的，说明这个灯不亮是正常的。

这个灯组件出厂就是这样的吗？找不到依据只能问波音了。

经咨询波音，波音回复大意如下：

1、这10架飞机厂家交付就是这样的，左侧第一排安装灯组件，右侧没有安装。这是根据图纸来安装的，也就是说右侧原本就没安装灯组件。

2、原因有两点：第一是窗灯主要就是为乘务和乘客提供便利和舒适性的灯光，目前的构型已经满足了的。第二是根据CMM，飞机右侧第一排的位置安装不了这个灯组件，灯太长了。

实际上，手册有相关资料，但非常隐蔽，是一个高工找出来的。

在WDM33-21-12查到这个位置的灯可安装可不安装，也就是同一个有效号的飞机，有两张图都适用。注意第二张图有一个2的备注，这个电插头是被冒上和收起的。

2 CAP AND STOW CONNECTOR

以上说的是非星空内饰的飞机，右侧第一排没有安装灯组件，灯不亮是正常的。但大家在检查星空内饰飞机的时候也会注意到，差不多也是这个位置，左右侧窗灯前部分并没有亮光。仔细检查会发现，其实是因为LED灯组件没有安装到头（长度不够），所以并不是灯不亮。

1. Boeing confirms that the configuration of the LH and RH window lights at the first class seat row 1 of the China Southern 737 NG airplanes mentioned in the inquiry is the original configuration delivered from Boeing.  The installation drawings are:波音确认南航描述左右侧第一排窗灯的情况是交付飞机的时候就是这样的。安装图纸如下：

Left hand side:  417A5503-1001, picture sheet 6. Part list 417A5503-1001 calls out two 10-1733-1 and one 10-1733-3 light assemblies. Right hand side: 417A5503-2001, picture sheet 7. Part list 417A5503-2001 calls out two 10-1733-1 light assemblies.2. The cabin illumination is provided for cabin attendants to perform their duties and passengers' convenience and comfort. The delivered configuration meets requirements.客舱照明给乘务员和乘客提供便利和舒适。交付时的构型是满足要求的。

Furthermore, per CMM 33-21-39 for 10-1733-1, -2, -3 and -4 light assemblies, the length of the shortest light assembly, 10-1733-3, is 14.72 inches; there is not enough space to fit the shortest light assembly in the remaining available area on the right hand side window near the first row of the first class of the interested airplanes.

另外，根据 CMM 33-21-39，灯组件10-1733-3最小的长度是14.72英寸，所以第一排这个区域没有足够的位置安装这个灯组件。
