Examine the flange assembly for findings (Figure 601, View B):
检查法兰盘组件:
(a) Look for cracks at hole locations on the intermediate flange.
检查法兰盘中间螺杆孔裂纹情况。
1) Any amount of cracks if no missing material (not including stop drill), and no cracks between bolt holes are permitted.
没有材料缺失,且不在螺杆孔之间的裂纹是允许的。
2)A maximum service extension of 10 cycles or 25 hours is permitted for crack with missing material or cracks between two bolt holes.
材料有缺失的裂纹或者两个螺杆孔有裂纹,飞机允许保留10个循环或者25个小时。
(b) Look for missing or broken bolts on the intermediate flange hole.
检查法兰盘缺失或者断裂的螺杆情况。
1)A maximum service extension of 25 cycles or 60 hours is permitted for maximum of two missing bolts, or two broken bolts, or one missing bolt and one broken bolt.
NOTE: If more than two missing or broken bolts, there is no service extension available.
螺杆缺失或断裂最多允许2颗,能保留25循环或者60小时。超过2颗飞机不允许保留放行。
法兰盘变形手册没有提到,而且也是普查现象。如果没有其他损伤, 飞机是可以放行的。
有两种法兰盘。中间有24个螺杆孔的法兰盘件号是340-168-802-0 。中间有8个螺杆孔的法兰盘件号是340-168-803-0 。

改装相关。8颗螺杆的是新构型的法兰盘。改装内容,改装了第一涡轮后部框架和法兰盘,中间螺杆从24颗改装成8颗。改装目的,提高可靠性性和寿命。改装原因,大概是由于高热量梯度,后部框架固定支柱可能出现裂纹。翻译的不够准确,具体改装内容详见CFM56-7B S/B 72-0676。
