近期两架737NG飞机检查发现尾喷(NOZZLE ASSY-PRIMARY)尾部导流片(FENCE)有紧固件松动,安装新紧固件后正常。
经咨询波音,螺杆不能松动和缺失。如果按CDL78-32-02将螺杆松动的导流片拆下保留,也需要安装新螺杆。所以出现螺杆松动,建议直接换新的紧固件,螺杆属于高锁螺帽,螺帽上紧力矩后部分脱落,不需要另外查力矩。
长尾喷构型,每台发动机有12片导流片。
手册CMM78-11-37,IPC78-11-01-01,相关紧固件件号如下。

关于保留放行,咨询波音如问题
1、根据CDL78-32-02,拆除件号314A2630时应更换紧固件,此紧固件指的是哪个件 ?IPC78-11-01-01ITEM 245/256吗?
答复:就是需要安装固定反流片的245/256这些紧固件,防止热气从紧固件孔喷出损坏其他部件。
2、导流片螺钉松动,是否有相应标准?,导流片一颗螺钉松动的情况,能否不按照CDL78-32-02保留回基地处理,或者直接保留不用拆下松动的螺钉?
回答:不能有螺钉缺失或松动。
紧固件不能缺失或松动具体原因如下。
Statement for CDL 78-32-02 in Boeing DDG has been quoted below:
For assembly part number 314A2630, one aft-most fence per nozzle for a total of two may be missing for a maximum of 10 flights. Visual inspection for non-normal mechanical deterioration of the nozzle and aft fairing are required every flight within this interval. Replace fasteners proceeding the removal of the P/N 314A2630.
After removing a primary nozzle fence, or if a primary nozzle fence is missing, the fasteners must be reinstalled into the core nozzle assembly to plug the fastener holes in order to spanvent any hot exhaust gasses from escaping.
Based on above –
A1 – The fasteners listed in IPC78-11-01-01 Item 245, 246 & 250 should be replaced. The purpose of this fastener replacement is to fill any missing fastener holes with the same fastener after the part is removed and make sure there are no open holes in the nozzle skin where exhaust gasses could escape from after the part is removed.
A2 – There is no allowable damage limit for the loosen or missing fasteners on Nozzle Fences. If loosen or missing fasteners are observed, the fastener should be re-tighten or replaced before further flight. In addition, CDL 78-32-02 could be applied for airplane release as well, but the fasteners have to be replaced after fence removal. The major concerns from Boeing is:
1. Loosen fasteners may cause Part Departing Airplane (PDA) and further damage to other structures.
2. As stated spanviously, any open holes in the nozzle skin are not allowed due to hot exhaust gasses escaping. Fasteners must be reinstalled to plug the holes.
CMM部件图有一个项目号标记有误,如下图。195这个项目号应该是190,即件号应该是HL40DU6-3,IPC给出的件号是对的,或根据图纸订件。这个问题已经反馈给波音代表,波音答复11月份会修改CMM手册。
