737NG飞机轮舱里APU灭火手柄是否要绑保险

如题,求助各位大佬,737NG飞机轮舱里apu灭火手柄是否要绑保险,因为之前看阮工一篇文章里写的是轮舱里APU灭火手柄不能绑任何保险,但是我们公司的NG飞机此手柄上都绑了保险,想给领导反馈此问题,但是苦于找不到具体依据,求助各位大佬,给个明确依据文件,如果不绑,具体参照什么文件。
关于这个问题,其实在很早之前,公司也发现了同样的问题,还咨询了波音:

There is no lockwire required for the S16 handle as shown in your Ref/B/. Any lockwire already installed as shown in your Ref/C/ attachment needs to be removed at the next maintenance opportunity. Boeing did not install the lockwire shown in your Ref./C/. We have attached a revised version of your attachment Ref./C/ stating that the wire circled in red is not required and needs to be removed.
The Bottle Discharge Switch S15 in your Ref./B/ does require that lockwire P/N MS20995CY15 be installed.

只要求在灭火瓶释放开关上使用MS20995CY15安装单股保险,灭火手柄是没有保险的。
② 参考主轮舱APU火警面板的 CMM 26-22-02:
▲手柄上没有保险,灭火瓶释放开关上有单股保险(旗标5),底座上有双股保险(旗标4)

▲手柄上没有保险,灭火瓶释放开关上有保险

综上,主轮舱APU火警面板灭火手柄上是不能安装保险的,出现的保险可能是在执行MPD 26-220-0项目时误安装上去的:
航线上发现主轮舱APU火警手柄上有保险,可以拍照报告将其拆除。
另外注意灭火瓶释放开关上的保险是MS20995CY15,15号单股铜保险。底座上的双股MS20995C32保险是起固定系留面板的作用的,当然平时不会动到这个。
