功能是一样的个人认为SBTCV是对TCV的备用。会不会TCV有故障了？

The standby temperature control valve does these things:• Gives backup control for the discharge temperature of the airconditioning pack (normal temperature control system failure)• Increases the temperature of pack discharge air to prevent iceformation in the condenser.

如果TCV没故障，要么STCV故障，要么在除冰

正常情况下，stcv除冰时会工作
