故障反映:右主油箱无法加油,需人工操控加油。
一. 排故历史:
1、09年12月28日,和BXXXX对调FQIC(3QT);
2、1月11日对调了左右主油箱加油电磁活门;
3、1月27日和BXXXX对调FLSCU2;
4、2月7日,更换8QU;
5、2月10日与BXXXX对调800VU;
6、2月12日检查8QU/A插头A钉与C钉之间的28VDC正常,检查右主油箱高油量传感器17Q J2工作正常,为判断故障与B-XXXX飞机对调16QU继电器;
7、2月20日,更换8QU;
8、2月22日测量8QU A钉有28VDC,C钉对地良好,检查C钉到接地桩4066VN良好,测量16QU A2钉到8QU A钉之间导线电阻2.04欧,16QU X2钉到9QJAA插头8A钉之间导线电阻0.28欧,16QU X1钉到4024VC Y钉之间电阻2.2欧,16QUA1钉到4024VC G钉0.73欧,9QJ AA插头8A钉对地良好,78VD二极管反向电阻无穷大,确认17Q J2工作正常,与B-XXXX对调FLSCU2;
9、2月27日27日参照AWM28-25-03,测量8QU插头A钉有电压28.3V,晃动202VT处导线,A钉电压稳定在28.3V,C钉接地良好,测量78VD的2号钉到8QU的A号钉线路电阻2欧,测量9QJ的A号钉到16QU的X2号钉电阻0.3欧,测量16QU的X1钉到4024VC的Y号钉电阻为2.9欧,测量16QU的X1号钉3QT的2号钉电阻为0.3欧,以上线路绝缘性测量均正常测量78VD的2号钉通过二极管反向接地电阻无穷大.为判断故障,对调78VD的2号钉与4号钉,测试加油正常;
10、2月28日参考AWM28-25-03恢复78VD2号和4号钉,测量8QU插头A钉与C钉间电压28V,左,右主油箱导油时,右主油箱加油活门工作正常。
11、3月25日更换20QM;
12、3月27日串油测试正常,测量8QU,A钉有28.4V直流电压;C钉对地良好。测量16QU,A2钉对地无穷大,反向电阻600欧姆。16QU,X1钉到4024VC,Y钉之间电阻2.6欧姆;16QU,X2钉到FLSCU2,AA插头8A钉之间电阻为1欧姆;16QU,A1钉到4024VC,g钉之间电阻为1欧姆。

As for query from AIRBUS,we feedback as following:
1. Query: Could you please precise the following: "the work of the new refuel valve is abnormal sometimes" ? Would you mean slow refuel ?
FEEDBACK:Refueling speed is low in MAN mode, only one time. Sometimes, refuel valve could not close after refuel in MAN mode.
2. Query:Could you please confirm if manual plunger control was checked (please refer to TSM task 28-25-00-810-803)?
Feedback: Yes, manual plunger control was checked, and the TSM task was followed.
1¿Could you please provide us with S/N of the refuel valve at 8QU location on MSN 4028 ?
ANSWER:The S/N of the refuel valve at 8QU location on MSN 4028 is 21090462 at present. The S/Ns of the 8QU that we have replaced are 21090477 and 4080840.
2¿Could you please confirm if refuel issue was still encountered after swap of 8QU refuel valve ?
ANSWER:Yes,the refuel issue have not been solved.It can not refuel in AUTO mode and the refueling speed is low in MAN mode somtimes.

Many thanks for your feedback.
Regarding the fact that sometimes the refuel valves does not close after refuel : could you please confirm that fuel tanker or fuel hydrant hose end pressure is no more that the maximum 50psi (3045 bar) ? Indeed higher refuel pressure than the maximum safe pressure could cause a refuel valve that has been commanded to shut, to be held open.
Then we would recommend CSZ to perform the following wiring check (refer to TSM task 28-25-00-810-801):
- Disconnect the lectrical supply connector from the refuel valve 8QU
- Do a test with a multimeter to see if 28 VDC is between pin A (+) and pin C (-)
If 28 VDC is detected do a check of the related wiring ASM 28-25/01 to locate the source of the 28VDC) between:
* the refuel valve electrical supply connector, pin A and the RELAY/REFUEL-VALVE CONTROL, terminal A2

(a) Repair all unserviceable wiring and connectors ESPM 20-53-21 <>.
(b) Do the operational test of the refuel system AMM TASK 28-25-00-710-003 <>, or continue the refuel.

Many thanks for your answer and the additional information provided. Based
on CSZ feedback as discussed as the manual override has been confirmed
functioning and as there has been no fuel leak detected we would not
suspect 20QM being the root cause of refuel issue encountered by CSZ.
Could you please confirm results of wiring check recommended in
SEEE5-2010-440594 Id : 1-1OWUI9? This would allow confirming potential
root cause of the refuel issue encounter on MSN4028.
Could you please confirm if refuel valve 8QU was swapped with another
refuel valve from MSN 4028 from 7QU or 10QU location?
If no we would recommend CSZ to swap refuel valve 8QU with for example
refuel valve 7QU in order to confirm if fault remains on Right side, this
is indicative of an aircraft fault and if fault swap to the Left side this
confirm fault with refuel/defuel valve.
