1. 事件经过 某737-800飞机,航前客舱右侧39排向前4个应急灯不亮故障。
从航材领出新电池组件,更换后测试灯仍然不亮,通过串件确认电池故障,再次领出新电池完成更换,并按手册要求完成充电后测试正常。
2. 事件分析 AMM 中关于更换应急电池或电池组件后的测试中,如果测试时灯不亮时,需要给应急电池充电10分钟后,再次进行测试。 更换电池和电池组件的 AMM 手册: TASK 33-51-06-960-805,Power Supply - Battery Pack Replacement TASK 33-51-06-960-806,Power Supply - Power Supply Replacement ↑ 当前 AMM 测试步骤 (b) Set the test switch [7] to the on mode. 1) Make sure the lights and signs connected to the battery pack come on. NOTE: Use the WDM to identify the individual lights and signs (WDM 33-51-12 thru 33-51-21). 2) If the lights and sign do not come on, supply electrical power to the airplane to charge the battery packs(Power Supply - Charge the Battery Packs,TASK 33-51-06-610-802), then do the test again. NOTE:The battery packs in the emergency light power supplies are continuously charged when electrical power is supplied to the airplane, unless the emergency light switches are set to the on mode. If the battery packs are fully drained, the time necessary to charge them is between 70 to 90 (Maximum) minutes. If the battery pack is not fully discharged at initiation of the charge, the object will detect the fully charged condition, ending the charge mode and entering the maintenance phase prior to the 70 to 90 minutes re-charge time. (c) After approximately one minute, make sure all emergency lights and signs go off automatically. 由于每个公司的规定可能不同,有的电池是放完电后存储,有的电池是充满电后存储。即使是充满电的电池,随着存储时间电量也会慢慢减少。 所以从航材领出的新电池,可能会电量不够或者无电,装上飞机后立即测试时,应急灯可能会不亮。此时,可以等待电池在飞机上充电一段时间后(之前手册是只要10分钟)再测试。
↑ 之前的AMM手册 3. 经验总结 相关的内容,其实我在之前的文章也提到过: 特别是到了冬天,天气冷了以后,电池容量会进一步下降。 航前飞机通电后,如果碰到乘务员反映测试时好几个应急灯不亮,在准备更换电池组件的同时,可将驾驶舱和乘务员面板上的应急灯开关放OFF位,充会电再测试。新装的电池,测试灯亮时,也要进行充电。
最后需要说明的是:这里的亮大约1分钟后自动熄灭,这个1分钟只是一个大概时间,实际测试时不需要特别精确。
