¨Providing leadership to the Customer Services team.
¨管理客服团队
¨Develop Customer Services Procedures and maintain the services level as required.
¨改进客服流程并保持所要求的服务水准
¨Liaise with Sales Managers and Operations Department to build on the service provided by understanding the needs of the customer.
¨与销售经理和营运部门在理解顾客需要的基础上提供服务.
¨Liaise with Airlines' on-site representatives to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
¨与航线现场代表共同确保合同顺利完成
¨Prepare and organize customer event
¨准备并组织客户活动
¨Manage the SAP Sales Modules (creation of new customer profiles, billing responsibilities, etc) and ensuring customers are invoiced timely.
¨管理SAP销售模块(建立新客户档案,帐单管理等),并确保发票的及时开据.
Job Qualifications:

¨The suitable candidate must have a proven background within aviation and within a customer facing environment. Basic finance knowledge is a plus.
¨合适的候选人需具备航空和直面客户的背景经验.具有基础财务知识为佳.
¨The candidate must be a dedicated and driven person and able to provide an excellent customer experience and relay this to customer services team.
