民航资源网有空客公司的招聘，我投了，给我打电话了，但是没有确定面试,不知道里面待遇如何>?

Technician (Avionics) for Flightline aircraft maintenance
工作地点 Location：天津

Responsibility：
Inspection, troubleshooting, and rework at Flightline production phase and delivery phase;
Testing Electrical & Avionics systems and sub-systems, fault diagnosis and rectification;
Aircraft maintenance for Line Replaceable Units (LRU), and electrical systems/ sub-systems and other equipment;
Be responsible for self-dependent execution of A/C maintenance according to Airbus standards;
Perform other standard maintenance tasks according to Airbus document system;
Pre-flight & post flight inspection;
Support customers for ground static check and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction;
Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements：
More than 3 years working experience with aircraft maintenance (MRO or Airlines);
Knowledge and experience in Airbus aircraft will be a strong plus;
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking, and CET4 above;
Strong sense of teamwork and be able to work in environment with different culture;
Be adaptable, flexible and initiative, and be able to work under stress;
Be able to work in shifts;
Strong commitment and integrity;
The holder of Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personal License will be an advantage.
