2014年后引进的737NG增压控制面板P/N 1019439-1-001 LED显示屏空中会黑屏,曾因此返航过,你处理过吗?
一)737NG增压控制显示面板工作情况:
增压控制显示面板P/N 1019439-1-001有二个独立部份:一部份为自动、显示及警告指示部份由微处理器CPU控制,其控制软件可升级。着陆高度,飞行高度及外溢流活门的显示由二种电源提供的当主明暗亮电放门放“明亮”由P6-4板C1273LCT LDG(F1)提供28V交流电经固定式变压器T371(PN:310-14416-01) 提供5V交流电给显示器。
当主明暗亮电放门放“暗亮”由可变电位计T31(PN:16432)和固定式变压器T33(PN:10-60828-9)提供0-5V AC给显示器。
微处理器CPU由跳开关CONTROL - AUTO 1/2 (F4/F5)提供的。
二)增压显示面板黑屏原因(737NG-FTE-21-X4663):
1)灯光主暗亮电门放暗亮,白天飞行,亮度较低,需将p5板背景灯旋钮放至接近最大才可显示出数字(737NG-FTD-21-12001、737-SL-21-074-E)。如图所示
2)灯光主暗亮电门放明亮,可能存在过压/过热保护性关断黑屏?
3)微处理器CPU,可能存在电磁干拢(EMI)或软件冲突造成“死机”黑屏?
增压显示面板黑屏原因(737NG-FTE-21-X4663)的讨论:
1)灯光主暗亮电门放暗亮,白天飞行,亮度较低,需将p5板背景灯旋钮放至接近最大才可显示出数字(737NG-FTD-21-12001、737-SL-21-074-E)。

DCP(PN:1019439-1-001) has been introduced to replace old panel since April 2013. A high removal with new panel occurred on 737NG fleet due to LCD blanking/dimming problem on the ground or in flight. The removed DSPs would be determined as NFF by Hamilton Sundstrand. DSP blanking/dimming problem could be fixed on the ground by resetting circuit breaker. most of time, resetting procedure would not cause a part replacement unless flight crews complained.
But there is a risk to abort further flight if blanking/dimming problem happened in the air since pilot could not set FLT ALT/LAND ALT as applicable. SHG has exprienced one air turnback because of DSP blanking problem

Attachment II - Digital Selector Panel (DSP) Changes:
All selector panels are considered fully interchangeable on airplanes designed to operate at airports up to 14,000 feet. For airplanes designed to operate at airports above 14,000 feet, only the P/N 10-62231-21 and P/N 10-62231-31(P/N 1019439-1-001) selector panel can be used or the flight crew will not be able to select landing altitudes above 14,000 feet.
Note: The P/N 1019439-1-001 has different operation as noted below:
1. The battery switch needs to be on to view the valve position indicator needle.
2. The Master dim and test switch (MD&T); when in the “dim” position will dim the panel to a very low level, if the MD&T is turned to “dim” during daylight hours, the display will appear to “disappear”.
三)航线处理措施(讨论):
空中:提醒机组:1)将灯光主暗亮电门放暗亮位,并将P5板背景灯电位计T31放至最小位,等待3-5分钟后,再将灯光主暗亮电门放明亮位。
地面:先重置显示器电源,后主机电源,以区别显示器过压/过热保护性关断黑屏?还是微处理器CPU,存在电磁干拢(EMI)或软件冲突造成“死机”黑屏?
地面具体步骤:
重置显示器电源:a)将灯光主暗亮电门放暗亮位,并将P5板背景灯电位计T31放至最小位。
b) 重置PRESSURIZATION跳开关LCT LDG(P6-4 F1),CONTROL - IND (P6-4 F7), MANUAL (P6-4 F6)。
重置增压面板主机电源:重置PRESSURIZATION跳开关CONTROL - AUTO 1/2(F4/F5)
地面最常用是重置跳开关LCT LDG(P6-4 F1)
空中可将灯光主暗亮电门放暗亮位,并将P5板背景灯电位计T31放至最小位。
