朋友即将去空客公司面试对岗位心存疑问求助大家！

身边一个朋友这周五要去天津空客公司去面试，面试的岗位是 Flight Line Mechanical 试飞线机械工-A330 C&DC
本以为岗位是类似咱们航线的机务，今天收到人力的邮件再仔细一看岗位描述感觉不太对路。特来求助神坛求助大家！这个岗位应该不是试飞线的机务吧？这种岗位是不是类似半机务半场务的那种，朋友有执照竞聘这个岗位前途怎么样？

Main responsibilities:

Q Ensure the static tests of the plane 确保飞机的静态测试

Q Put in configuration the plane to carry out the first APU and engine start 放入飞机表面配置来进行首次APU及发动机启动工作

Q Ensure the preventive tasks before engine destorage, RTO, first flight and production flight 确保发动机解封、RTO、首飞及生产阶段飞行前的准备工作

Q Ensure the preparation for the contractual weighing of the plane 确保飞机合约称重的准备工作

Q Ensure the change of the fuel filters and APU 确保油虑和APU的更换

Q Ensure and secure the motors run after technical interventions 确保电机能够在技术干预后运行

Q Able to perform trouble shooting using official tools and assist Quality department 能够利用官方工具进行故障排除，协助质量部门的工作

Q Highlight and report to the hierarchy any abnormal situation (technical, human…) 重视任何异常情况（技术方面的，人身安全的）并及时向上级汇报

Q Prepare the plane for the Delivery Center 为交付中心备机

大伙再看看朋友筛选过的其他的岗位，Technician (Avionics) for Flightline aircraft maintenance
这个工作职责的描述是咱们航线工作的内容但是岗位貌似是技术员，不太清楚 Technician 这个岗位在空客那边翻译是技术员还是技师。这个岗位是不是上面那个朋友此次面试的岗位等级要高呢？求助！

Technician (Avionics) for Flightline aircraft maintenance
Responsibility：

•Inspection, troubleshooting, and rework at Flightline production phase and delivery phase;
•Testing Electrical & Avionics systems and sub-systems, fault diagnosis and rectification;
•Aircraft maintenance for Line Replaceable Units (LRU), and electrical systems/ sub-systems and other equipment;
•Be responsible for self-dependent execution of A/C maintenance according to Airbus standards;
•Perform other standard maintenance tasks according to Airbus document system;
•Pre-flight & post flight inspection;
•Support customers for ground static check and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction;
•Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements：

•More than 3 years working experience with aircraft maintenance (MRO or Airlines);
•Knowledge and experience in Airbus aircraft will be a strong plus;
•Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking, and CET4 above;
•Strong sense of teamwork and be able to work in environment with different culture;
•Be adaptable, flexible and initiative, and be able to work under stress;
•Be able to work in shifts;
•Strong commitment and integrity;
•The holder of Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personal License will be an advantage.
