737飞机启动手柄电门接触不好产生的故障,波音FTD
SUBJECT     ENGINE START LEVER, START BRAKE ASSEMBLY SWITCHANOMALIES
APPLICABILITY    737–600 to –900
CONDITION     Engine Start and Shutdown Difficulties
RECOMMENDED      If one of the following conditions occur and the identified start brakeassembly switch is discrepant, replace the start brake assembly.
ACTION
1. During normal engine shutdown, the ENG FAIL message shows in theEGT gage of the primary engine display on CDS. EEC fault message74–x097y and 74–x098y THE APL INPUT VOLTAGE FOR THE R/LEXCITER (IGN 1/2) IS OUT OF RANGE is stored in the EEC bitememory. This anomaly can be caused by the S1024 for engine 1 orS1027 for engine 2 not changing position when the start lever is movedfrom the idle position to the cutoff position.
2. Engine shutdown normally but EEC fault message 74–x099y or74–x100y THE APL INPUT VOLTAGE FOR THE R/L EXCITER(IGN 1/2) IS ALWAYS ON is stored in the EEC bite memory. Thisanomaly can be caused by the S88 or S89 for engine 1 or S90 or S91for engine 2 not changing position when the start lever is moved fromthe idle position to the cutoff position.
3. Engine does not start when using the left ignitor. This anomaly can becaused by the S88 for engine 1 or S90 for engine 2 not changingposition when the start lever is moved from the cutoff position to the idleposition.
4. Engine does not start when using the right ignitor. This anomaly canbe caused by the S89 for engine 1 or S91 for engine 2 not changingposition when the start lever is moved from the cutoff position to the idleposition.
5. Engine does not start with no EGT rise, no fuel flow and no faultmessage stored in EEC BITE memory. This anomaly can be caused bythe S1024 for engine 1 or S1027 for engine 2 not changing positionwhen the start lever is moved from the cutoff position to the idleposition.
6. Engine does not start with no EGT rise and no fuel flow or engineuncommanded shutdown. The ENG VALVE CLOSED light or SPARVALVE CLOSED light indications do not agree with the start leverposition. This anomaly can be caused by the S595 or S1026 for engine1 S596 or S1029 for engine 2 not changing position or operatingintermittently when the start lever is moved from the cutoff position tothe idle position.
7. Engine starts but EEC fault message 76–x136y START LEVERSIGNALS DISAGREE is stored in EEC BITE memory. This anomalycan be caused by switches S1024 and S1025 for engine 1 or switchesS1027 and S1028 for engine 2 not agreeing.
8. Engine shutdown time, time from start lever to cutoff and enginespooldown, increase by approximately 5 seconds and the ENGINEVALVE CLOSED light is on bright. This anomaly can be caused byswitch S1026 for engine 1 or switch S1029 for engine 2 being stuck inthe idle position.
Note: The x in the fault code numbers indicates the EEC channel that recorded the fault asfollows: x=1 EEC channel A, x=2 EEC channel B, x=3 EEC channel A and B. The y inthe fault code indicates the engine that had the fault as follows: y=1 engine 1, y=2 engine 2

这是波音的一个MT,启动手柄下的电门和油门下面的电门都是多发的故障,后面推出的737NG飞机启动手柄要改成按压电门式的,而不是现在机械联动的。
