求解答：液压油LD-4与PE-5的区别

哪位老师傅能给我讲讲液压油LD-4与PE-5的主要区别和使用要求，能否混用等等条件？谢谢啦

The phosphate ester fluids (hydraulic fluids) approved by Airbus fulfil the specification defined in Norm NSA 307110. This document is findable in the Process and Material Specification (PMS 02-19-01).

All the hydraulic fluids that can be used on Airbus Aircraft are listed in SIL 29-090 rev 01 dated on Sep 14,2010 (attached doc). These fluids are also listed in AMM 12-12-00 pb 001 as well as in Consumable Material List Part 1 Section 2. As a summary please find below the list of Phosphate Ester based hydraulic fluids used on A320 family fleet:
- 02-003: Hyjet IV, Exxon, Type IV: NO LONGER AVAILABLE
- 02-003A : Skydrol 500B-4, Solutia, Type IV, high density
- 02-003B: Skydrol LD4, Solutia, Type IV, low density
- 02-003C: Hyjet IV, Exxon, Type IV : NO LONGER AVAILABLE
- 02-003D: Hyjet IV-A plus, Exxon, Type IV, low density
- 02-003E: Hyjet V, Exxon, Type V, low density

New hydraulic fluid Skydrol PE-5 (type V) from Solutia has been qualified /validated according to NSA 307110 requirements, administrative work is on-going to have it reflected in Airbus technical publications. Consumable Material List (CML) and NSA 307110 will be updated and will indicate this hydraulic fluid as an alternate fluid in the next revision.

Airbus would like to assure that all the above listed hydraulic fluids (including Skydrol PE-5) can be used and mixed to whatever proportion without any restriction.

SUGGESTED OPERATOR ACTION:
Boeing suggests that operators who wish to use Skydrol PE-5 hydraulic fluid replenish their
current fluid with Skydrol PE-5 during normal servicing. If complete replacement of hydraulic
fluid is desired, flushing procedures may be found in the maintenance manual for the appropriate
airplane.

可以混用这也是最基本的，要不然航空公司就疯了，管路和部件的残余油液是不可能清楚干净的
