The Maintenance Manual and/or Maintenance Data furnished to the Purchaser at the time of aircraft delivery, or upon issuance of the first standard certificate of airworthiness, and if made available to any other persons required by rule to comply with any of the terms of these instructions, shall provide sufficient information to enable a qualified mechanic, as appropriate, to inspect, troubleshoot, test, andrepair or replace all systems and units considered by the manufacturer to be repairable or replaceable as a part of the normal maintenance procedures.
Troubleshooting information describing probable malfunctions, how to recognize those malfunctions, and the remedial action for those malfunctions shall be provided.
The manufacturer shall include, wherever applicable, the office or department to contact to obtain special repair or overhaul information not covered in the Maintenance Manual.
If desired, the manufacturer may include more than one airplane model in the Maintenance Manual.
