按压秒表，若90秒内“超转灯”亮，说明APU90秒内还不到50%，起动失效

为什么转速不到50%亮的灯叫超转灯？？超转灯还有别的时候亮么?超转？

An overspeed protection shutdown occurs if the APU fails the overspeed circuit test. The ECU does the overspeed circuit test during APU shutdown.

An overspeed protection shutdown also occurs if the fuel solenoid valve fails in the open position. The fuel solenoid valve fails in the open position if these conditions occur:

Power is removed from fuel solenoid valve for 10 seconds

APU speed is more than 90 percent.

An overspeed shutdown occurs if the APU speed is more than 106 percent.

以上是关断的原因，应该是和燃油的电磁活门的有关系，经过某种逻辑，给出这个信号。

是737ng飞机  霍尼韦尔apu  发帖不是得选分类么  动力随便一个都懂

关键是  若90秒内“超转灯”亮，说明APU90秒内还不到50%，起动失效
这句话不懂  公司关于APU启动的课件里面有

B737NG飞机装的131-9B APU.

“超转灯”说一下英文？翻译的课件时有不准确的情况，建议看原版资料。

该型号APU正常启动应在40秒左右。“90秒内还不到50%，起动失效”，原因有2方面：

1、起动机故障，50%内启动机工作，一是带不起来APU，二是离合器脱离不开故障。排故建议更换起动机，检查离合器，进一步可更换离合器；

2、燃油系统故障，依次检查或更换燃油分配器、FCU、喷嘴、、、

3、最好检查一下IGV叶片，确认无卡在开位，若开在开位或断裂，直接更换APU
