警告: 使用除冰液和防冰液等化学品时,要严格遵守厂家的使用说明和安全规定。保持工作场地通风,注意防火和人身安全。
1. Inspect the aircraft for ice, snow or frost.
检查飞机是否有冰、雪、霜 _________
A. Before inspect aircraft icing status, connect with cockpit through interphone system and inform
interrelated ground information. According to cockpit’s command to inspect aircraft icing status and
perform deicing and anti-icing procedure. Avoid aircraft damage or person injure.
检查结冰状态前,使用内话系统与驾驶舱联系,通告准备情况,并按照驾驶舱指示进行结冰检查及除防冰工作,防止人员受伤或飞机受损。
B. Inspect Aircraft Icing Status
检查飞机结冰状态。
NOTE: When aircraft on ground, that is possible ice or frost come on upper surface of the wing in cold weather. When walk around check, that is difficult to observe accumulate of ice in front of wing or behind wing, especially no enough lighting or wet wing. So when check ice, must have enough high platform to access wing leading edge. Touch wing tank by hand, if find ice, should perform deicing and re-inspection, Make sure no ice on wing.
注: 当飞机在地面时,在一定条件下,可能在机翼上表面形成明冰或霜,在绕飞机检查时,从机翼的前方或后方很难察觉到明冰的积聚,特别是当照明条件较差和机翼潮湿的时候。所以在检查明冰时,要将足够高的工作梯放在尽可能靠近机翼前缘的地方,并靠近机身,用手接触油箱的大部分区域,如果发现明冰,应在机翼表面进行除冰并进行复查,以确保除去所有的冰。
(1) Position access platform or vehicle can be lifted for higher position inspection.
准备可以登高检查的梯子,或具有登高装置,便于登高检查的车辆;
(2) According to maintenance procedure and regulation to inspect icing status. Especially inspect aircraft exterior surface and frozen easy position
按机务维修程序和维护规定的程序检查;特别检查飞机表面和易于结冰的位置。
(3) Exterior inspection: perform general visual inspection for exterior surface including all possible frozen zone. Make sure no ice, snow and frost. Mostly inspect the following important zone:
外部检查:对所有外部可能结冰的区域进行一般目视检查,确保没有冰雪霜,重点检查下列关键区域:
(a) Windshield
风挡玻璃;
(b) Fuselage
机身;
(c) Wing surface including leading edge
机翼表面包括表面前缘;
(d) The wing trailing edge, including flaps, ailerons, ect;
大翼后缘,包括襟翼、副翼等;
(e) Horizontal stabilizer upper and lower surface, vertical stabilizer, elevator and rudder.
水平安定面上下表面、垂直安定面及升降舵、方向舵;
(f) Air data probe, static ports, angle-of-attack transducer
大气数据探头、静压孔、迎角传感器;
(g) Control surface movable internal cavity and movable component
操纵面活动内腔及活动部位;
(h) the accessible areas of the balance panels.
配平板的可接近区域。
(i) the accessible areas of control surface hinge points and hinges.
控制表面铰链点和铰链的可接近区域。
(j) the gaps between wing structure and aileron nose.
大翼结构和副翼前方的间隙。
(k) the gaps between fin and rudder nose.

(l) the gaps between horizontal stabilizer and elevator nose.

(m) Engine external surface, engine inlet, fan blades and exhaust nozzle, Make sure engine rotor normal running

(o) Landing Gear and wheel well.

2. According to icing status, if necessary, perform deicing for aircraft or frozen component.
根据结冰状态检查结果,视需对飞机或结冰部件进行除冰。 _________
A. During deicing must obey the following principle:
除冰要求遵循以下原则:
(1) According to the procedure of associate maintenance manual and CSN Deicing And Anti-Icing Procedure to perform deicing and anti-icing.
遵守各相关机型维护手册及南航除防冰大纲中关于除防冰的程序进行除防冰。
(2) Better use mechanical method to wipe off ice, snow, half thaw and frost from aircraft surface. Use of deicing fluid as less as possible. Don’t use metal or other hard tool to deice aircraft.
尽量采用机械方法将冰、雪、半融雪及霜从飞机表面清除掉,尽量减少除冰液的使用;机械除冰时不要企图使用金属或其他尖硬物来清除机体表面的结冰。
(3) During deicing do not put ice or snow into control surface movable internal cavity
除冰过程中不要将冰或雪推入操纵面的空腔或孔洞内;
(4) According to weather state decide to use one-step or two-step to deice aircraft.
根据天气条件决定使用一步除冰法或两步除冰法。
(5) When spray deicing fluid, must obey the following principle:
喷洒除冰液时,要求遵循以下原则:
(a) Wing and horizontal stabilizer(for dihedral wing): spray direction from tip to root and from top to bottom.
机翼和水平安定面(对于上反角机翼):从机翼和水平安定面的尖端喷向根部,从曲面最高点喷向最低点;
(b) Vertical stabilizer and fuselage side: spray direction from top to bottom.
垂直安定面和机身侧面:从垂直安定面和机身侧面的顶部开始向下进行喷洒;
(c) Fuselage: spray direction from fuselage top center to side. Pay attention not spray to cabin or cockpit window.
机身:从机身顶部中心线喷洒然后向外,注意不要直接喷向旅客窗户和驾驶舱窗户;
(d) Landing gear and wheel well: Best use mechanical method to wipe off ice. If using deicing fluid, must use low flow to spray and avoid fluid spray on wheel and brake.
起落架和轮舱:尽量使用机械方法除冰。如需使用除冰液,则采用低压小流量喷洒进行除冰,并防止除冰液溅落在机轮和刹车上。
(e) Engine: Best not spray to engine directly. Should use mechanical method to wipe off snow in engine inlet(For example: use broom or brush). Use hot air or other method manufactory recommended to clean out ice curds on inlet lower surface or fan vanes.
发动机:尽量不使用除冰液直接对发动机除冰,应在起飞前用机械方法将发动机进气口的积雪清除(如使用扫帚或刷子),用热空气或采用发动机生产厂家推荐的其他方法将粘附在进气口下表面或风扇叶片上的任何冰冻凝结物清除。
(f) Do not use deicing or anti-icing fluid to spray to cabin or cockpit window directly.
不要将除冰/防冰液直接喷向驾驶舱窗户和客舱窗户;
(g) Do not use deicing or anti-icing fluid to spray directly to engine/APU inlet, exhaust nozzle, thrust reverser, angle-of-attack transducer, air temperature probe inlet, airspeed probe, static ports exhaust/water drain etc.
不要将除冰/防冰液直接喷入发动机/APU进气口、出气口、发动机反喷、迎角探测器、大气温度探头进气口、空速管、静压孔、排气/排水口等;
(h) When spray deicing fluid, must do it symmetrically. The quantity used fluid for aircraft left and right side(such as left wing and right wing) should be equal. The fluid sprayed to aircraft must be enough to get the best deicing purpose.
当喷洒除冰液时,必须采取对称性操作,对飞机的左右面(如左机翼和右机翼)施用量应相同且全面覆盖,并保证液体的施用量,以达到最佳除冰效果;
(i) After accomplish deicing one time, if not perform anti-icing procedure for a long time before next flight, must deicing again, After that, can perform anti-icing procedure.
一次除冰工作完成,如果在下次飞行前或间隔时间较长没有进行防冰处理,必须再次先进行除冰处理,然后再进行下一步的防冰处理;
(j) After several deicing, the accumulate anti-icing fluid film will be dilute at the end of holdover time. So there will be regelated. So in any event, must not spray anti-icing fluid again directly to aircraft that have sprayed anti-icing fluid.
在连续除冰情况下,原有的防冰液薄膜会在保持时间结束时被稀释,因而会重新结冰,所以在任何情况下,均不得在已经进行过防冰处理的飞机表面已有的防冰液薄膜上面再直接进一步喷洒防冰液。
B. Inspection after deicing or anti-icing: Make sure that aircraft have accomplished deicing or anti-icing and no accumulate of ice, snow and frost.
飞机除防冰后的效果检查:确保飞机已经进行全面除防冰,无冰雪霜沉积。
(1) The areas that follow must not have any snow or ice on them before takeoff:
下列区域在起飞前必须没有任何雪或冰:
(a) the total area of wing upper surface.
大翼上表面的所有区域。
(b) the wing leading edge.
大翼前缘。
(c) all control surfaces.
所有控制面。
(d) all tab surfaces.
所有调整面。
(e) balance panel cavities.
配平板腔。
(f) the engine fan blades

C. After you perform the deicing task, do the following procedures:
除冰后,执行下列工作:
(1) Clean the pitot tubes, static ports and AOA probes.
清洁空速管、静压孔和迎角探头。
(2) Visually inspect the engine temperature and pressure probes for contaminant and clean as required.
目视检查发动机温度和压力探头是否有污染并按需清洁。
(3) Clean the windshield as required.
按需清洁风挡。
D. Connect with cockpit through interphone system and report the following information:
使用内话系统与驾驶舱联系,按规定向机组报告如下内容:
(1) The start time of the last time use deicing/anti-icing fluid on ground;
地面最后一次使用除冰/防冰液的起始时间;
(2) The type of the last time use deicing/anti-icing fluid on ground;
地面最后一次使用除冰/防冰液的类型;
(3) The mixture of the last time use deicing/anti-icing fluid on ground;
所用除冰/防冰液的浓度;
(4) The result of icing status inspection, not find ice, snow and frost on aircraft.
报告冰情检查结果,飞机表面已经无霜、雪和冰。
E. Fill the following deicing/anti-icing record, and fill the record in the log book:
填写除防冰工作记录,并在飞行记录本签字:

3. If it is possible to ice again in bad weather, use the approved deicing/anti-icing holdover time table to
determine if perform reinspection. If it is beyond estimate holdover time, must perform icing status
inspection and perform deicing/anti-icing procedure. Ref step 1.B make sure no ice, snow and frost and
inform this information to crew.
在有再次可能结冰的天气条件下,使用经批准的除防冰液保持时间表,如超过了预计的保持时间,对飞机
的结冰状态进行重新检查,并视需重新除防冰。参考 本卡步骤1.B中的内容,确认飞机无冰雪霜后将情
