1, Position: Fuel/Components Engineer
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Fuel Component Repair and Overhaul Engineering
Environmental Control System Components Repair and Overhaul Engineering
Fuel/Components Repair and Overhaul Project Engineering
DUTIES
Make engineering disposition for product lines assigned
Write engineering report, warranty report, part/lab reject findings report
Compile, revise test report, assay traveler and other engineering document
Take the lead in troubleshooting for root cause of reported defects
Carry out parts inspection and engineering review
Recommend SB/AD to incorporate improvement recommended by OEM
Build and maintain BOM for replacement parts and SB parts
Work out workshop routing and procedures
Set up new capability and modify existing setup when it is necessary
Communicate with engineers in different sites
Maintain engineering database
Perform team assignments and conduct investigation to warranty issues
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree of Aero Engine Engineering or Fuel System Engineering
At least 3 years engineering experience in Fuel Components Repair
CAAC Personnel License preferred
Be able to utilize computer to work expertly
Be able to work out technical procedure(testing/assembly) independently
Be good at trouble shooting and understanding operating principle
Good team work and communication with co-worker
Good command to speak, read and write English

2, Position: Electrical Technician
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Complete daily production assignment within required schedule
Perform quality work within the scope of customer direction and compliant with FAR and repair station policy/procedure
Maintain the shop premises in a clean and orderly manner with attention to HS&E
Maintain the shop equipment and tool in serviceable and working condition
DUTIES
Repairing Electrical components, like Generator and complete within required Time
Keep proper work record for each shop order
Study new procedures, rules and regulations as required by the Company
Conduct periodic check as per requirements on the preventive maintenance checklist
Perform maintenance tasks as required by Total Productivity Maintenance program
Maintain work station and personal tool kits tidy and in good condition
Perform ad hoc assignments given by Team leader and Dept. manager
Update CMM, SB and ensure AD is carried out as required by the Authorities
Familiar with HSE policy and requirements
Comply with HSE requirements and procedures
QUALIFICATION
5 years relevant working experience in aviation
At least 18 months of practical experience in the work being performed,
2 years relevant working experience in Final Release (Quality Control)
Interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to use basic inspection tools
Ability to read and interpret Schematic drawing & Electric circuit diagram
Familiar with (or Trained on) the methods, technique, practices, aids, equipment and tools used for the work performed.
Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English
HTAC work authorization, CAAC ELE maintenance personnel license preferred
