在TFU28.1.42.00.040_11有具体说明。
DESCRIPTION :
R A slight illumination of two flightdeck pushbutton (P/B) lights can occur without P/B
R selection. The slight illumination can only be observed during specific lighting
R conditions (e.g. at night).
The involved P/B lights are the fault light on Auto-feed P/B Switch (FIN 48QA), and the
fault light on the Cockpit Refuel Panel Power P/B (FIN 23QU).
CONSEQUENCES :
The slight P/B illumination has no functional consequence. The illumination can be easily
distinguished from the normal illumination. In addition no ECAM warning is triggered.
INVESTIGATION STATUS :
The FQIC provides a direct electrical grounding signal for the 5VAC Fault caption on 48QA
and 23QU indicators through the lamp drive circuits. It was concluded that the lamp drive
circuit solid state device allows sufficient current to flow to slightly illuminate the
P/B fault lights.
R The slight glow only occurs when FQIC SIC5059-13-10 is installed on aircraft with LED type
R P/B Switches.
LED cockpit P/B switches were introduced by modification. This modification was applied on
production on MSN 1660, 1794, 1928, 1929, and 1931 onwards.
FQIC SIC5059-13-10 is embodied by modification 33877 and SB 28-1125. This modification was
applied at production on MSN 1599, 2100, 1919, 1930, 2087, 2098, 2103, 2126, 2129, 2134,
2135, 2139 and 2142 and subsequent (except MSN 2228 and 2213). The FQIC's lamp drive
circuits have been modified in the new hardware FQIC standard PN SIC5059-13-10 which
introduces solid-state relays instead of electromechanical relays.

PERMANENT OR FINAL SOLUTION :
A new hardware modification FQIC SIC5059-13-10 has been developed, this consists of a
revised lamp drive circuit in the FQICs' Rear Module.
This modification will be available in the FQIC standard PN SIC5059-14-xx, where the new
hardware standard is "-14", and "xx" specifies the software standard.
The PN FQIC SIC5059-14-10 standard of FQIC is now available and is being installed on
production aircraft.
R The next standard which will also include this modification i.e. PN SIC5059-14-20. This
R standard will also include some software modifications, and is expected to be available by
R the end of 2007.
PN SIC5059-14-10 can be installed on current A318/A319/A320 family aircraft and has the
same interchangeability conditions as PN SIC5059-13-10.
