铆钉发烟现象

哪位专家，帮我解释一下铆钉发烟现象形成的机理，检查的标准等等。谢谢。平时定检工作中，机身目视检查，经常会遇到发烟铆钉，但是对于其检查的标准，大家都没有一个统一的说法。请知情人赐教。

"铆钉发烟"是不是指铆钉周围有黑圈？
有可能是铆钉松动
腐蚀
或者铆钉头不平，有突起，这在737NG飞机上比较明显
突起的铆钉头后方一般有黑色污渍堆积！
腐蚀和松动一般是定检更换。
蒙皮的铆钉主要受剪力，一般情况下没有太大问题！

This is an know issue. The following information has been shared with operators which have experienced the condition.
Also in the attached pitch we included some pictures of the condition.

Customer/Fleet Concern
? Operators reported 737NG's with leaking fasteners in the upper fuselage at BSTA663.75
? Boeing has indicated that replacement of the fasteners will not solve the problem entirely.
? Boeing has been asked to advise on a terminating action.
Background
? Several operators of all model Boeing airplanes have reported stains/streaks on the exterior fuselage skin and/or paint.
? This condition is caused by corrosion inhibiting compound (CIC), uncured sealant, and/or nicotine migrating along the rivet shank and countersink to the skin exterior.
Investigation Results
? Several engineering studies have been conducted at Boeing which concluded that the conditions leading to the above mentioned stains/streaks do not affect structural integrity
? The presence of stains/streaks at fastener locations is not a structural concern unless the fastener is loose, cocked, or exhibits a missing head
? However, the streaking may lead to permanent staining of the exterior decorative coating which is an appearance concern
Recommendation
? Operators may elect to clean up the streaks on the fuselage exterior by solvent wiping to remove as much CIC residue as possible
? Use aliphatic naphtha or other solvents listed in OHM 20-14-05 for CIC removal.  In-service reports indicate that the sealants will fully cure and/or airborne particulate exiting the pressurized fuselage will eventually plug the leak path, thereby preventing additional streaking
? If operators suspect loose rivets, consult section 51 of the 737NG SRM for guidelines.
