l 持有CCAR-66部维修人员执照

l 具有较好的沟通能力

l 熟具有3年以上维修相关工作经历（维修、工程或质量经历均可）（具有发动机维修审核经验和FAA/EASA审核经验优先）

l 具有良好的英语读写和口语能力，执照英语3级

Holds CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel license

Good communication skills

Familiar with CAAC/FAA/EASA and other regulations

More than 3years of maintenance related work experience (engine maintenance auditexperience and FAA/EASA audit experience is preferred)

Good skills of written and spoken English, CCAR-66licensed English Level 3

l 评估局方规章，建立并持续更新公司安全质量文件体系

l 组织公司适航能力建设，负责公司维修许可证和能力管理

l 建立公司自我审核原则，并负责公司内、外部审核和供应商清单管理

l 建立公司人员资格受权评估制度，组织公司人员授权管理工作

l 负责公司维修记录管理

l 收集安全、质量信息，进行汇总、分析和报告，对不安全事件/质量事件调查

l 与局方和客户进行适航联络

l 对公司安全质量体系进行评价，撰写年度评审报告，提出改进意见

Establish safety and quality policy and set up safetyand quality management system

Evaluate authority regulations, establish andcontinuously update the company's safety and quality documentation system

Establish the company self-audit principle, and beresponsible for internal and external audit and supplier list management

Establish the evaluation system of the company'spersonnel qualification and authorization, and organize the management of thecompany's personnel authorization

Responsible for maintenance record management of thecompany

Collect safety and quality information, summarize,analyze and report, and investigate unsafe occurrence/quality incidents

Liaise with authority and customers on airworthiness

Evaluate the company's safety and qualitysystem, write annual review reports, and put forward suggestions forimprovement

北京航空发动机维修有限公司（以下简称“BAESL”）是中国国际航空股份有限公司（以下简称“国航”）和英国罗尔斯-罗伊斯集团（以下简称“罗罗公司”）在2022成立的合资企业，双方各持股50%。 BAESL位于北京市顺义区首都临空经济区内，厂区包含MRO大修厂房、设车台、其他附属建筑物及园区景观，总占地面积约为8.4万平方米，建筑面积约为5.9万平方米。2024年底，厂房主体结构封顶；2025年9月，厂房交付使用；2025年12月，第一台发动机进厂。作为北京市重点建设工程，BAESL将为罗罗公司遄达700、遄达XWB-84和遄达1000发动机提供MRO维修支持，并计划到2030年代中期实现最大产能运行，每年可支持250台遄达系列发动机进厂维修，员工总数将达到800人左右。 BAESL是罗罗公司全球维修网络体系里中国大陆第一家、全球第四家遄达系列合资维修公司，其组建标志着国航和罗罗公司在民用发动机维修领域的合作迈出了坚实的一步。此举将丰富国航维修版块布局，扩大发动机大修能力范围，有力推动国航机务产业化发展，有效降低高推力发动机运营及保障风险，进一步保障国航机队的飞行安全。同时，也将极大提高我国民用航空发动机深度维修的能力，促进我国航空发动机行业发展。
