DESCRIPTION: =====================A mechanic found that the arrow on the TUBE ASSY-CASE DRAIN  (PN:272A4451-106)  was opposite to the arrow on the filter head of the A SYS  Case Drain Filter Module .Please see the attachment.GUN found that the tube assy can also be installed after adjusting the direction (Turn 180 degrees). GUN would like to know if there is directional requirement for the installation of this TUBE ASSY.DESIRED ACTION:======================Q1:Is there a direction requirement for the installation of the  TUBE ASSY-CASE DRAIN (PN:272A4451-106).Q2:If Q1 is not.what is the arrow on the TUBE ASSY-CASE DRAIN  (PN:272A4451-106)  for?RESPONSE:Boeing has reviewed your inquiry and offers the following response:Note that the arrow placard on the hydraulic line (P/N 272A4451-106) points in the direction of hydraulic flow. Boeing advises that the hydraulic line (P/N 272A4451-106) can be installed in either direction. However, the arrow should be pointing outboard indicating the direction of hydraulic fluid flow going into the case drain filter.
