细心的工作者又发现异常了,瞧,EMDP壳体回油滤这根液压管是装反了吗?
除了箭头方向是反的,字也是反着的。
对比其他飞机,箭头和字都是正的。所以将此液压管调换了过来。
问题来了?这个管子是装反了吗?装反会有什么影响吗?
首先,这个硬管能装上,一定程度上说明管路没有方向,除非和其他部件相互接触。
其次,检查这根硬管是对称的,更能确定没有问题。
最后,咨询了波音。波音回复大意是,管子哪个方向都可以安装,说白了就是没有方向。但是标签的箭头要跟液压流动方向相同,这个也是常理。
我的理解就是如果发现箭头方向错了,调整就可以了,至于是单独调整标签还是直接调整整个液压管,工作者自行决定。
