[20标准施工] 机组氧气瓶UNION的力矩能按液压管路标准力矩查吗？

737NG飞机机组氧气瓶和轮子刹车一样，更换比较频繁。氧气瓶有个释压口，通过一根气管连接到机外，机身蒙皮靠近排气活门有个绿色的指示片就是用来判断氧气瓶是否释压的。

气管和氧气瓶之间用UNION连接，更换氧气瓶需要串这个UNION，手册又没写力矩，每次安装都得查。

因为大家对标准力矩的查找都不是很熟，所以问这个力矩的比较多，查了手册这个力矩应该为190±10in-lb。

查找方法可参考这篇文章《波音紧固件标准力矩查找方法》，首先在IPC查找union的件号为474W2090-145，上波音网找到标准件号MS21902J5。J表示CRES材料，5表示尺寸5/16英寸，根据材料和尺寸对照表格就可以找到力矩了。

但有同事问这个氧气管和液压管力矩是否一样，因为以前手册针对气管好像力矩要求不一样的。于是翻了很旧版本的手册，发现有这么一句话，大意是说空调管路力矩要减小50%。

但最新手册已找不到这句话，并且这个也只是针对ACS管路，估计现在要求都统一了吧。稳妥起见，最后还是向波音求证。波音给的力矩也是190±10in-lb，大家放心使用吧。

顺便记下相关件号：机组氧气瓶801307-00或B42365-1，封圈0041-1092BAC。

Boeing has determined that the union assembly P/N 474W2090-145 is the flareless union, base part number MS21902J5 (Material: CRES. Size: -05), that is attached to the nut, safety outlet, P/N 10002536 of the Crew Oxygen Cylinder, P/N 801307-00, according to CMM 35-23-07. As such, the torque value for the union [11] in the 737NG AMM TASK 12-15-21-600-801-001 is 190 +/- 10 in-lbs.
