NDT Staff(Thermographic Inspection)
Responsibilities:
Conduct NDT testing on airframe related components(such as common nozzle assembly) and actuation parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document;
Maintain and manage the relevant NDT equipments as per relevant standards, maintain proper records and documentation used in NDT area to meet the relevant authorities requirements (such as CAAC, EASA and FAA);
Develop and define NDT function & methods to meet Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen production needs;
Provide the necessary guidance and/or supervision to NDT trainees and Level 1 personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified;
When specified in the written practice, be capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures and submit such instructions to Level 3 for final approval;
Support engineering for sourcing, selection and definition of proper NDT equipment as well as workshop documentation preparation;
Provide introduction training to structure repair mechanic if required.
Requirements:
Holder of CAAC Level 2 licenses for Thermographic Inspection(IRT);
Basic knowledge of sheet metal repair and composite repair technology preferred;
Graduate of at least three years accredited science or engineering college or university program, or accumulated equivalent experiences;

Requirements:
University degree majored in aviation/aeronautic material/engineering, or any equivalent education which is considered suitable for the job
