1， 航后检查发现1#主轮磨损到标准。 AFcheck：1# main wheel was worn out of limits。 2， 航后检查5#主轮见线。 AF check found L 5# main wheel exposed lines. 3， 前厨房冷风机制冷效果不好，而且开时间久了会跳开关。 Thecooling effect of the front galloery cooler is not good, and the circuit breakers goes outafter a long working time. 4， 航后检查发现左前轮磨平。 AF check : the left frontwheel was worn out of limits. 5， 航后检查发现9#轮刺伤。 AFcheck :9#wheel is out of limitions due punctured。 6， ELECBACKUP GEN L。 7， R2门处洗手间一直在抽水。 Thetoilet at door R2 has been pumping water。 8， 机组报ELECBACKUP GEN L故障代码为24-45480。 The flight crewreported the failure number of LEC BACKUP GEN L is24-45480. 9， AFTCARGO COMPT FWD OUTBD RH LATERAL GUIDE INOP。 10， 地面检查右大翼有少许漏油。 Ground check found theright swing leaks fuel 11， 左侧风档雨刷胶条破损。 The wiper strip on the left windshieldis damaged。
故障处理 1， 根据AMM32-45-01 P401更换1#主轮检查正常。 Referto AMM32-45-01 P401 change 1# main wheel，test ok。 2， 根据AMM32-45-01P401更换5#主轮，检查正常。 Refer to AMM32-45-01 P401 change 5# mainwheel，test ok。 3， 因库房无料，已办保留，见DD0025015。 Due to lacking of spare parts，ithas been defered，see DD0025015 4， 已按AMM32-45-02更换左前轮并充气到标准。 Referto AMM32-45-02 change left front wheel and charge to the standard。 5， 已按AMM32-45-01更换9#轮并充气到标准。 Refer to AMM32-45-02 change 9# wheel andcharge to the standard。 6， 见DD0018412。 See DD0018412 7， 更换马桶组件，使用正常。 Changethe toilet assembly，function test OK。 8， 按MEL24-25-1保留。 ReferMEL24-25-1 defer。 9， 按AMM25-53-23更换后货舱，前部右侧2个升降档块，操作正常。 ReferAMM25-53-23 change the AFT CARGO ，two front up and downstop pads，operation test ok. 10， 按AMM手册28-21-01更换右外侧加油活门作动器，地面检查正常。 Referto AMM 28-21-01 change RH outside value actuator，ground test ok. 11， 按AMM30-42-01更换雨刷片，地面测试正常。 Referto AMM 30-42-01 change swiper,test ok on the ground.
