平时飞机更换部件时，一定要注意核对件号的适用性，特别是当装上和拆下部件件号不一致时。
分享两个案例吧。
01 安装不适用厕所烟雾探测器导致厕所呼叫故障
前面两篇文章已经提到这个故障了：
其实这个故障真正的原因是安装了不适用该架飞机的厕所烟雾探测器。
该架飞机适用的烟雾探测器件号是：PU90-461R3或474560-21或475571-2，而当时实际安装的件号是PU90-499R3，更换为件号PU90-461R3后测试正常。
对照CMM可以看出，件号PU90-499R3的触点：9-10-4，11-12-3，15-14-6，13-5，并没有连接。
事后，我也找了一个件号PU90-499R3的烟雾探测器，用万用表量了，这4组销钉确实是开路。
根据前面的分析：
按压S3呼叫电门后，继电器R1得电吸合。但由于4-9之间是开路，电源无法通过吸合的继电器触点XR1.1-2到R1的触点7。所以当松开S3后，继电器R1无法保持在吸合位，呼叫信号会停止。
而我们去对照能安装PU90-499R3的飞机的厕所CMM： ↑ CMM25-46-96（HS-NGH）
会发现烟雾探测器的4-9是在外面被短接了。或者直接不经过4-9。所以这种构型的飞机安装PU90-499R3或PU90-461R3或474560-21或475571-2，这四种件号的烟雾探测器都可以。

而对于其他构型飞机，由于复位电门S4与烟雾探测器4-9串联，所以只能安装件号PU90-461R3或474560-21或475571-2的烟雾探测器，正常情况下烟雾探测器4-9直接是导通的。
当探测器发生烟雾报警时，4-9断开，5-13导通，6-14导通，3-12导通（连7接地）。

SDS手册上还把烟雾探测器警告信号分为：pulsating output（脉冲输出）和steady output（稳定输出）。
其中脉冲输出是指闪烁的灯和重复的高谐音，稳定输出是指驾驶舱P5板的SMOKE灯。
同时也可以看出，当厕所烟雾探测器报警后，按压厕所呼叫系统复位电门S4，是不起作用的，无法消除烟雾探测器在厕所呼叫系统的报警，只能捅烟雾探测器上的复位电门才能消除报警。
02
安装不适用REU导致气象雷达无语音报警
鄂尔多斯机务反映某737-700飞机航前测试气象雷达无语音报警，显示正常。与其他飞机对调REU后故障转移，发现该架飞机安装的REU件号是5340-1-1，更换为件号5140-1-1的REU后故障排除。
查记录发现该机之前曾因驾驶舱与后舱的通讯故障更换REU，拆下的件号是5140-1-1，安装到飞机上的REU件号5340-1-1。
IPC互换性：
Aural Warn Mute switch可以从REU的前面板接近，可以控制驾驶舱耳机里面的警告声音。如果螺钉槽在水平位置，不发送警告声音到耳机。驾驶舱扬声器是任何时候都有发送声音的。
详细情况可参考以下SR： SUBJECT: REU Aural Warning Muting Switch REFERENCES: DESCRIPTION: --------------------- The 5340-1-1 REU has an aural warning muting switch (reference IPC 23-51-01-03 and AMM 23-51-01.) There is no mention of such a switch on the 5140-1-10 REU, or 5140-1-6.
ACTION REQUESTED: ================== 1. Do the 5140-1-6 and 5140-1-10 have an aural warning muting switch? 2. If 5140-1-6 and the 5140-1-10 do not have the muting switch, is the aural warning signal present in the headphones, or not present in the headphones? 3. If 5140-1-6 and 5140-1-10 do not have the muting switch, please verify that BOTH the 5140-1-6 / 5140-1-10 and the 5340-1-1 will be muted in the cockpit headphones with the muting switch is horizontal to the bottom edge of the front panel.
BACKGROUND --------------------- Both REU's PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) and PN 5140-1-10 (10-62090-113) send the Aux, Predictive Windshear, and Altitude Alert audio signals to both the speaker and the headphones.
Functionally, the REU PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) is the same as PN 5140-1-10 (62090-113) except the -10 REU has the capacity to prioritize audio inputs to accommodate the latching Interphone PTT switch on the control column yoke.
Per Boeing Flight Interphone Interchangeability Drawing 222A0901, the PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) and the PN 5140-1-10 (10-62090-113) REU's are one way interchangeable. The -6 part may be used as a replacement only where it was originally installed, but the -10 is an acceptable replacement for either part number.
DISCUSSION: ------------------- The REU PN 5340-1-1 (1062090-121) has a Aural Warning (AW) Muting switch to allow interchangeability both with REU's which only provide these warnings through the Flight Deck Overhead speakers and those REU's which provide aural warnings over both the Flight Deck Overhead speakers and the pilot's headsets.
Per Boeing Flight Interphone Interchangeability Drawing 222A0901, the REU's PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) and the P/N 5140-1-10 (10-62090-113 can be directly replaced by REU PN 5340-1-1 (1062090-121) so long as the AW Mute Switch is in the vertical position (no muting).
RESPONSE: ========== 1. The REU's PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) and PN 5140-1-10 (10-62090-113) do not have an Aural Warning (AW) Muting switch.
2. REU's PN 5140-1-6 (10-62090-112) and PN 5140-1-10 (10-62090-113) send the Aux, Predictive Windshear, and Altitude Alert audio signals to both the speakers and the headphones.
3. If the REU PN 5340-1-1 (10-62090-121) has its AW Mute switch horizontal to the bottom edge of the front panel, the Aux, Predictive Windshear, and Altitude Alert audio signals will be muted in the pilots headsets.
参考IPC互换性： 5340-1-1 MAY REPLACE BUT NOT BE REPLACED BY 5140-1-1 IF SETTING AW MUTE SWITCH TO VERTICAL POSITION.
如果不了解这里面的门道，这句话理解起来可能也会出现问题。
记住一点：IPC的互换性是以飞机出厂构型（或改装后向波音提交的工程构型）来的，所以具体情况要具体分析。
↑Aural warn mute电门：螺钉槽水平为静音位(不发送声音到耳机)，垂直为正常位。

安装不适用GPWC导致VSD故障旗
某737NG飞机，机组反映空中出现VSD故障旗，后检查发现安装的GPWC件号为965-0976-003-232-232，更换为件号965-1690-055的GPWC后正常。
参考IPC互换性： 965-0976-003-232-232 IS INTERCHANGEABLE WITH 965-1690-055 EXCEPT 965-0976-003-232-232 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR INSTALLATION ON AIRCRAFT WHERE INTEGRATED AREA NAVIGATION (IAN), VERTICAL SITUATION DISPLAY (VSD) OR GPS LANDING SYSTEM (GLS) HAS BEEN ENABLED.
而我们这架飞机VSD已经启用了，所以不适合安装件号965-0976-003-232-232的EGPWC。

以上列举了3个案例，提醒大家在平时换件时要注意，特别是当装上和拆下部件件号不一致时。平时也可以多留意厂家发的一些文件，比如SL/FTD/SB，很多都涉及到部件的互换性。
