关于空客飞机抖动的问题!!!

小弟想请教各位师傅关于319在空中抖动的问题。

在更换4CC和升降舵作动筒、调节升降舵间隙后飞机还是在速度220多节的时候轻微抖动。这是什么原因啊~~~~~~~

Airframe vibration could be caused by various systems, for example, improper fittment of fuselage panels or deteriorated sealants around
fuselage panels; worn rudder hinge bearings or bushings etc etc... You should follow the TSM or search the SIL or TFU (heaps of them
related to airframe vibration) fot trouble shooting.

My company also had few occurances, once caused by worn rudder PCA bearings/bushings and the other one caused by deteriorated
sealants around fuselage panels.

关于空客飞机组报告震动的问题，TSM里面有相应的故障确认方法。
首先，“Find the Cause of the Vibrations and/or noises ”，手册里提到“If the vibrations occurred in this configuration:
- vibrations along the cabin and in the cockpit and
- elevator control with SECs active and ELACs not active (elevator oscillations are wider in SEC mode than ELAC mode) ，这样的情况下是不需要排故措施的”。
按照手册里面的说法，机组或者跟机人员需要填写一张震动报告单“the airline must record the related data on the vibration reporting sheet”，报告单的内容包括飞机震动时的总重，高度，速度，发动机震动值，飞机的航段，是否有气流，机组采取的措施等方面。排故人员可以根据报告单的内容来对应Decision tree或者Decision table来判断相应震动的类型（共14种）（以下都要在保证正确地确认震动类型的前提下）。
(1) type 1：The cause of vibrations is incorrect rigging of the elevator or/and excessive play at the elevator trailing edges.
do the procedure: vibrations felt in the rear cabin 。
- Do a check of the elevator servo controls and hinge bearings for too much play and condition （AMM TASK 27-34-00-200-001）
- Do a check of the adjustment of the elevator and hydraulic actuation （ AMM TASK 27-34-00-820-003 ）
- If the fault continues, do an inspection/check of the elevator attach fittings （AMM TASK 55-26-00-200-002 ）

(2) type 2：The cause of vibrations is the elevator servocontrol oscillations.
do the procedure: vibrations felt along the cabin and in the cockpit 。
- do a check of the elevator servo control oscillations （AMM TASK 27-34-00-200-002 ）

(3) Type 3 The cause of vibrations is excessive play at the aileron trailing edges.
do the procedure: vibrations felt in the forward cabin and cockpit.
- do a check of the aileron servo controls and hinge bearings for too much play and condition（AMM TASK 27-14-00-220-001 ）；If the play is more than the limits， do the corrective actions

(4) Type 4 The cause of vibrations is the aileron servocontrol oscillations:
do the procedure: aileron oscillations
- Do a check of the aileron servocontrols and hinge bearings for too much play and condition (AMM TASK 27-14-00-220-001)

(5) Type 5 The cause of vibrations is excessive play at the rudder trailing edge:
do the procedure: vibrations felt in the rear cabin and along the fuselage
- Do a check of the rudder trailing-edge play(AMM TASK 27-24-00-200-002)
