Main responsibilities:  
Take charge of direct sales business  
Build, manage and maintain the good relationship with key clients  
Collect & analyze information about the market
Negotiate contract & order with clients including but not limited to bidding, price quotation approval process
Provide product specification and technical support to targeted clients  
Leverage current business advantage in the market for new sales acquisition
Build and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets
Be responsible for annual sales budget control
Present timely and accurate reporting regularly

Nationality:  
Chinese  

Age:  
30 years old or above

Educational qualification:  
Bachelor degree  

Working experience:  
Related sales experience in aerospace and aviation industry/engine/mechanical/ related industry  
Demonstrated experience in direct sales and key account management
Ability of motivating people and leading them to achieve high targets and results  

Language:  
Good in English

Personality:  
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good negotiation skill
Good interpersonal skill
Strong sense of responsibility
Able to work under pressure
Stable, reliable
