事件：B-xxxx航后发现左后航行灯不亮，打开盖板发现一根接地线烧断了，复方案和SWPM中找出线的件号和施工方法。
(一) ：通过WM33-43-50-1中的出：线号W501-00005-22N可以得出线径：22

因为这个是Single Wire 所以只能选 D-436-82 对应的就有TOOLS

HEAT GUN PART NUMBER：CV-1980  and MG-1

（二）导线绝缘层的修复方法: 有两种维修:方法一胶带
                                    方法二半圆收缩管

方法一：在SWPM 20-41-20 - SPLICES - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES中的
11. Repairs to Insulation of Wires and Cables中
A.　Repairs to Damaged Insulation of Wires and Cables

B.　Repair to Overbraid Damage

Choose the tape for repair:
　　1　　Use tape T-DR-25NR-2-0 for areas  temperatures below 135 °C
　　2　  Use TAPE 66N or TAPE 70I for areas  temperatures above 135 °C
A和B线的种类不同但所选的胶带都是一样的，唯一不同的就是Ｂ多了一个the electrical shielding tape 000W280。
我们要维修的这条导线要选Ａ项目中的２选项的材料。
具体修复方法和注意事项请详看手册所说的各种情况和限制下的标准施工。

方法二：半圆收缩管 Repair to Insulation of Wires and Cables Using Half-Round Shrinkable Sleeve
在Table 8, Table 9, Table 10, Table 11, and Table 12.中根绝线的直径和线的种类找出对应的半圆管航材，我们要查的线是Table 8 - Single Wire所以对应就找出来了
SLEEVE P/N：RNF-100 3/32–9
ADHESIVE P/N：S1006 or S-1125
标准施工和限制条件根据手册要求来做。

限制条件：
15. Limitations for Splice Usage
A. Splicing of electric wire should be kept to a minimum and be entirely avoided in locations subject to extreme vibrations. Individual wires in a group or bundle may be spliced, provided the whole splice is located to allow inspection. For stagger splices, refer to Figure 20, so that the bundle does not become excessively enlarged.避免在额外振动值大的地方维护，维修过的死街头必须便于检查，并且线束之间维修过的死街头必须错开。
B. Limitations
(1) Splices in bundles should be staggered from each other by a minimum of 25.4 mm (1 in) approximately, and should not increase the size of the bundle so as to prevent the bundle from fitting its designated space or cause congestion which could adversely affect maintenance.
线束上死街头必须错开，相邻距离不能小于1英寸，维修过的线束不能长于原本设计长度以致排线混乱相互影响。
(2) Splice should not be used in the following circuits:
  (a) Thrust management circuit in designated fire or overheat zones.
火警和过热区域的推力线路
  (b) Any feeder cables to bus bars in the primary distribution system.
主要分配系统的反馈线路中
(3) Splices should not be used to salvage scrap lengths of wire.

(4) Splices may be used within 304.8 mm (12 in) of a termination device when attaching to the pigtail spare lead of a potted termination device, or to splice multiple wires, or to adjust the wire size so that they are compatible with the contact crimp barrel sizes.
(5) Single-cored cables should be only sizes 24-12 inclusive, and each barrel of the splice
should carry only one cable.
单芯电缆的尺寸在12-24号之间维修时，每个死街头的绝缘管只能维护一根线
(6) Splices should not be located under clips of ties in a conduit (rigid or flexible).
(7) The distance between in-line splices should not be less than 609.6 mm (24 in) and no
more than one splice per wire segment is permitted.
在一根线上的维护两个接头之间的距离不小于24in，不然不能进行死街头。
NOTE: The wire segment is the wire length that is continuous and unbroken between its
two termination points.The termination points can be a connector, a disconnectable
device, fixed splices and any other electrical component as per the aircraft wiring diagram. A wire segment that has been broken and then repaired is still considered to be one wire segment.

楼主，CMA是什么什么数值，表示了什么参数，接线片就是只需要根据这个CMA数值查到吗，
你在第4步选择B. Procedures to Install D-436 Splices，为什么不选择C. Procedures to install M7928/3 Splices这个接线片呢？谢谢解答
