空客更换大翼频闪灯电源组件AMM 33-48-38-400-001-A
,提到Electrically bond the applicable bolt
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-004) :  
-     for the left wing bond the inboard bolt (3)  

-     for the right wing bond the outboard bolt (3).

4. Procedure

Subtask 20-28-00-912-053-A
A. Bonding in the Fuselage (this does not include the wings and the tanks)  

(1) Assemble the attachments (the nuts, the conductive bolts and screws), the bonding lead (if installed), the clamps (if installed) and the equipment.  

Refer to the related AMM installation task.
NOTE: The bonding strap must be as short as possible but without strain. You must not twist the bonding strap.  
NOTE: You can use the procedure for the installation of a part with a conductive bolt for a blind hole in the structure.  

(2) Make sure that the ohmic resistance is correct  (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-869-002) .  

Subtask 20-28-00-914-057-A
B. Protection of the Bonding (this does not include the landing gear bays)  

(1) If you do not remove the assembly frequently, apply Material No. 06AAA1 (Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Brushable -)  or Material No. 07-001B (LACQUERS)  or Material No. 07-001D (LACQUERS)  or Material No. 07-001G (LACQUERS)  on the bolt head, the nut and the washer.  

(Ref. Fig. Bonding of Parts not Removed Frequently or not Removable SHEET 1)
(2) If you remove the assembly frequently, assemble only.  

(Ref. Fig. Bonding of Removable Parts in the Fuselage SHEET 1)
(3) Make sure that the surfaces without protection are fully sealed.  

Subtask 20-28-00-914-058-A
C. Protection of the Bonding in the Landing-Gear Bay Areas  

(Ref. Fig. Bonding Point Protection in the Landing-Gear Bay Areas SHEET 1)
(1) Apply Material No. 06AAA1 (Polysulfide Sealant-General Purpose Brushable -)  on the attachments, the bonding lead end (if installed), and the clamp (if installed). The sealant area must make an overlap of 5 mm (0.1969 in.) with the surface without protection (bare area).  

(2) Make sure that the surfaces without protection are fully sealed.  

(3) When the sealant is cured, apply a layer of Material No. 07-001B (LACQUERS)  or Material No. 07-001D (LACQUERS)  or Material No. 07-001G (LACQUERS)  on the sealant area. The varnish area must make an overlap of 3 mm (0.1181 in.) with the sealant surface.  

Subtask 20-28-00-912-054-A
D. Bonding of Assembly Not Removed Frequently or Not Removable (this does not include the fuselage and the tanks)  

(Ref. Fig. Bonding of Parts not Removed Frequently or not Removable SHEET 1)
(Ref. Fig. Bonding with Bonding Leads SHEET 1)
(1) Assemble the equipment, the bolt, the nut, the screw and the bonding straps.  

NOTE: The bonding strap must be as rigid and as short as possible. You must not twist the bonding strap.  
NOTE: You can use the procedure for the installation of a part with a conductive bolt for a blind hole in the structure.  

(2) Make sure that the ohmic resistance is correct  (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-869-002) .  

(3) Apply Material No. 09-020* (SEALANTS)  or Material No. 09-001* (SEALANTS)  on the attachments.  

(4) Make sure that the surfaces without protection are fully sealed.  

Subtask 20-28-00-912-055-A
E. Bonding of Removable Parts in the Wing (this does not include the fuselage and the tanks)  

(Ref. Fig. Bonding of Removable Parts in the Wings (This Does not Include the Tanks) SHEET 1)
(1) Apply a thin layer of Material No. 04-012* (COMMON GREASES)  on the surface without protection.  

(2) Assemble the equipment and the attachments.  

(a) For static parts:  

-     Make sure that the bonding leads are as short and as straight as possible without twists.  

(b) For movable parts:  

-     Make sure that the bonding leads have the correct length and cause no strain when the parts move.  
   You must install them without twists.  
   Install the two ends loosely before you tighten the clamp.  

(3) Make sure that the ohmic resistance is correct  (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-869-002) .  

(4) Make sure that the surfaces without protection are fully sealed.

这应该是搭铁线的连接吧。左机翼连接里面的螺栓上。右机翼的连接外侧螺栓。

我感觉也应是接地,不过就手册上的描述看,应该具体指用标准施工TASK 20-28-00-912-004 用导电螺栓和螺钉和搭铁带在机身和机翼上进行电搭接。
不过我奇怪的是我手头上的320手册惊醒电气搭接是第三步,第二步还有一个“用螺栓和垫片连接电源组件”,这个只是用螺栓和垫片串到组件上?此外这个组件是只有一个螺钉嘛,难道是因为有定位销,所以固定螺钉只要在定位销不在的那个位置进行固定就行了?不然为什么手册要求电气搭接的螺钉是单数而且左右机翼安装螺钉分内外侧呢?希望干过320的兄弟说说螺钉有几颗。
顺便讨论下NG的,NG的这个件有四个螺钉,手册上要求了清洁表面、涂密封胶和对连接螺栓打力矩,不过测量电阻这一步怎么理解:“With the electrical bonding intrinsically safe approved bonding meter, COM-1550, make sure the resistance between the power supply and the fuselage measures no more than 0.0025 ohms.”要求量电源组件和机体之间的电阻,那一头组件上用于连接螺栓的金属片,比如我截图上箭头所指的位置,另一头连机体可以嘛?还没干过这种要求量电阻的活,希望干过的兄弟说说

我看那两个螺钉没什么区别,如何辨别哪个搭接

应该是接地线,跟着换过一次,不是很懂。。。
