关于P61机载数据装载器面板的一些认识 陈* 背景：2012.01.09,为撤除5428飞机DD更换右侧FMC，按手册给右侧FMC装载软件时，左侧FMC软件丢失。后完成左FMC软件装载并交输到右FMC，测试左右FMC正常，撤除DD。其过程和原因分析如下。
1、参照手册
AIPC34-61-02,AMM34-61-02,AMM34-61-00-710-80和AMM34-61-00-470-804以及WDM34-61-18-9和SDS34-61-00-012。
2、根据AMM34-61-00-470-804给右侧FMC装载软件：
手册描述如下：
b）Do these steps at the data loader control panel:
1) Set the upper switch to L
2) Set the system select switch to FMC
(c) Set the FMC source select switch to the NORMAL position.
NOTE: If the switch is in the BOTH ON L or NORMAL position, the software will be installed into the left FMC. If the switch is in the BOTH ON R position, the software will be installed into the right FMC。
现象：当看到这些操作步骤时自己是有疑问的，按理说装右侧FMC 软件，upper switch 应该打到R，而手册说要将data loader control panel的upper switch to L，而不是upper switch to R，后来询问钟师傅，说还是按手册来。自己想，如果要装右侧FMC将那么NOTE: If the switch is in the BOTH ON L or NORMAL position, the software will be installed into the left FMC. If the switch is in the BOTH ON R position, the software will be installed into the right FMC。中应该要提醒将装“右侧FMC需将upper switch to R”现在没有这条提醒。
自己当时又想可能是因为既然P5板上的FMC source select switch 已经打到BOTH ON R位，那么装载软件自动选择右FMC来装载。自己当时并没有去通过SDS和WDM核实，装载软件的线路走向。
3) 于是自己按着手册操作，Set the upper switch to L， Set the system select switch to FMC，Set the FMC source select switch to BOTH ON R，结果等了约5、6分钟发现左右MCDU一直都没有装载数据的进程，而且装载机上并不显示装载数据盘有问题。于是退出装载数据盘，恢复p61板和FMC source selec to the NORMAL，结果发现左边FMC的软件已经丢失。
手册分析：
其实通过SDS34-61-00-012和WDM34-61-18-9可以找到答案：
SDS34-61-00-012中：
set to the L position, the data is loaded into FMC 1. When the data loader 3-position switch is set to the R position, the data is loaded into FMC 2. The new data base(s) may then be crossloaded between the FMCs.，NOTE: The FMC source select switch on the P5-28 panel must be set in the BOTH ON L or NORMAL positions to see the load progress on the MCDUs if FMC 1 is being loaded. If the 3-position switch is in the R position, the FMC source select switch must be set to BOTH ON R to see the load progress on the MCDUs.
下面通过WDM34-61-18-9来分析原因：（见图1和图2）
通过查看线路图，（图1和图2）可以看到从P61面板的数据装载是通过FMC-1 data loader INPUT 到达左FMC的Ｄ９和Ｅ９销钉装入左FMC或者通过FMC-２ data loader INPUT装入右FMC的，并没有通过ｐ５板FMC source select switch．也就是Ｐ６１板upper switch to L对应FMC-1 data loader INPUT而upper switch toＲ对应FMC-２ data loader INPUT。| FMC source select switch对装载软件时选择左还是右 |
。也就是说手册NOTE:If the switch is in the BOTH ON R position, the software will be installed into the right FMC，的表达是有问题的容易产生歧义。
现象原因分析：
自己当时按AMM手册操作，Set the upper switch to L， Set the system select switch to FMC，Set the FMC source select switch to BOTH ON R，出现MCDU看不到装载页面，但退出装载盘后左FMC软件丢失就很好理解了。因为选择了L，所以当时其实是在给左FMC装载软件，而FMC显示源选择BOTH ON R，显示的全是右FMC的数据，这样左右MCDU当然不会显示装载数据的进程。
对于FMC source select switch，BOTH ON R 的理解是ＭＣＤＵ以及其它系统的所有数据都来至右FMC。手册要求装右FMC时打到BOTH ON R是因为装右FMC软件时需要看装载数据的进程。实际在装右FMC软件时正确的操作应该是Set the upper switch to R， Set the system select switch to FMC，Set the FMC source select switch to BOTH ON R。

P61面板 问题的引伸：
实际工作中我们经常遇到需要更新软件的工卡或者更换电子部件后需要装载软件。究竟P61的upper switch to L还是R，应该如何选取的呢？有没有单套电子系统需要选择R或者singer的呢？依据在哪里？
这个问题平时工作中因为更新软件时通常都是先装左边电子部件的软件然后再交输到右边电子部件，所以通常不会困扰也不会造成其它现象。所以平时对于upper switch to L还是R并没有很深刻的认识和了解。
我们来看一个2676飞机的MU软件装载手册SDS23-27-00-019和AMM23-27-32。
SDS23-27-00-019给出我们：在对MU或CMU装软件时
If the ACARS MU or CMU is in the left position, set the top switch to L.
If the ACARS MU or CMU is in the right position, set the top switch to R.
AMM23-27-32给出：
Set the upper switch to R.，

可以看出2676数据装载是通过ACARS/CMU 2 INPUT 装入（其中的第1套线路是预留的）。这也就是2676 AMM23-27中要求把选择开关打到右侧的原因。而多数飞机是要打左侧的，相应电路不再给出。我司800飞机中目前通过手册可以知道2647、2651、2652、2159、2157、2158、2676、2677、这几架飞机是要在装载MU软件时需要打到右侧。
另外，有些组件装软件的时候数据下载控制面板上选择开关是要打在中间的，也就是SINGLE SYS位。比如对FDAU进行软件装载
总结：
对于装载软件时P61面板的 upper switch选择在L还是R还是SINGLE SYS位，不能仅仅根据AMM来理解和判断，特别是有NOTE提示时，一定要在SDS和WDM手册中核实和理解，这需要我们在准备工作的时候一定要考虑到这一点。 |
