B737 NG气象雷达原理及 故障分析 一、原理简介
气象雷达利用回波原理进行工作。气象雷达系统发射无线电脉冲信号（工作于X波段），利用目标对脉冲反射信号来识别气象，地形及风切变信息。根据目标反射信号强弱以不同颜色（一般是四种分别为：绿-轻度气象条件；黄-中度气象条件；红-重度气象条件；深红-湍流）显示；若探测到预告风切变信息还能提供告警信息。
气象雷达有效探测距离及其范围
•一： 雷达对降雨区探测距离是320NM。
•二：雷达对湍流的探测距离是40NM.
•三：雷达对风切边的有效检测距离是5NM.并有相应的语音和文字警告
•四：飞机前方180°区域内发射天线电频率（RF）脉冲
二、主要部件功能：
雷达收发机：气象雷达系统核心部件。
•提供发射脉冲及对回波信号处理；
•提供显示数据；
•提供控制面板，驱动组件及底座电源；
•接受其它相关部件数据及离散信号，逻辑信号等进行处理；
•监控及检测各有关部件状况；
气象雷达控制面板：
•提供气象雷达工作方式及控制俯仰增益等；
•参与气象雷达工作的逻辑控制； 气象雷达驱动组件：
•接受雷达收发机控制数据及电源，并将执行监控信息（俯仰和扫描反馈数据）反馈给雷达收发机；
•提供雷达天线正常扫描驱动； ....................................................................................................
•(3) 用25到38PSI（最大）的干净干燥的压缩空气将滤网吹干。
•Dry filter by blowing out all moisture with clean, dry compressed air stream at a pressure of 25 to 38 psi maximum.
•(4) 把滤网放入固定器中并重新安装滤网组件到收发机架上。
•Place filter in retainer and reinstall assembly on the mount.
•3. 检查冷却风扇的情况。如果发现较脏，则继续；如果情况良好，则跳到步骤
6。 • Inspect the condition of the blower. If it is dirty, then continue. If not, then go to step 6.
•4. 用压缩空气或氮气对冷却风扇进行清洁。如必要，按AMM34-43-51将风扇从安装架上拆下清洁。
• Use compressed air and blow out any dust/dirt or anything else that would get caught in the blower. Remove the blower from the mount if necessary.
•5. 按AMM34-43-51将风扇重新安装到收发机架上（如果已拆下的话）。
• Reinstall the blower onto the mount if it has been removed referring to AMM34-43-51.
•6. 检查收发机架上的波导管接口是否有水气。如果有水气，则继续；如果未发现有水气，则跳到步骤10。
•Check if there is any moisture in the waveguide from the waveguide port on the mount. If there is, then continue. If not, then go to stepl0.
•7. 按AMM34-43-11拆下天线驱动组件。注意不要在波导管上安装防尘盖。
• Remove the antenna drive unit from airplane referring to AMM34-43-11. Do not put dust caps on the waveguide.
•8. 用干净干燥的压缩氮气从收发机架上的波导管接口处对波导管吹，直至水气消失。
• Blow the waveguide from the port on the mount using clean and dry compressed air until moisture disappears.
•9. 按AMM34-43-11安装天线驱动组件。
• Reinstall the antenna drive assembly referring to AMM34-43-11.
•10. 按AMM34-43-41将气象雷达收发机安装到收发机架上。
• Reinstall the WXR R/T onto the mount referring to AMM34-43-41.
•11. 将飞机恢复到通常状态。
•Put airplane back to its usual condition. |
