[/free]燃油系统渗漏标准FUEL SYSTEM
Subtask 28-11-00-790-081 B. Leakage Rate Analysis (1) There are three types of fuel leakage. These are related to flight safety and are identified as follows: (a) Light leakage: 1 Dry the area of the leak. 2 After 10 minutes there is a fuel leak indication that does not go more than 100mm (3.94in.) in any direction. (b) Heavy leakage: 1 Dry the area of the leak. 2 After 10 minutes there is a fuel leak indication that is between 100mm (3.94in.) and 180mm (7.09in.) in any direction. (c) Continuous leakage: 1 Dry the area of the leak. 2 After 10 minutes there is a fuel leak indication that is more than 180mm (7.09in.) in any direction. Subtask 28-11-00-790-082 C. Leakage Type and Location (1) The correct procedure for the leakage type and location is given in the Table that follows: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOCATION OF LIGHT HEAVY CONTINUOUS LEAK LEAKAGE LEAKAGE LEAKAGE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Open areas, where leakage A B C cannot flow to a possible fire source: - top and bottom wing surfaces. 2. Not fully closed areas: A B C - rear walls of tank. 3. Closed areas: B C C - front walls of tank - dry bay - engine pylon location - bottom center wing-surfaces. A No repair is necessary. Do a weekly inspection to make sure that there is no change of the leak rate. (You can do a repair if an applicable maintenance period is available). B No immediate repair is necessary. Do a daily inspection to make sure that there is no change of the leak rate. Do a permanent repair at the next scheduled maintenance check that occurs first. C Do a temporary repair immediately (before the next flight) (Ref. Task 51-76-12-300-003). Do a permanent repair during the 500 flight hours that follow, or at the next scheduled maintenance check if this occurs first (Ref. Task 51-76-12-300-001) or (Ref. Task 51-76-12-300-002). [free]
